Chapter 12

Seoyeon's Pov/ Taehyung's Pov:

"There's not much to say," the manager said. "Taehyung and Seokjin have convinced me to make you work here and stay. Are you ready to call yourself a Bighit employee?"

Seoyeon literally felt her jaw drop. She didn't even think of making it. Hell, she didn't even think that meeting Taehyung and Seokjin would lead to this HUGE opportunity.

Holy shit...did me having that accident lead to me being this lucky?! What the hell...

"U-um did I hear you correctly? That you said that I could be a Bighit employee??" Seoyeon gwaked. Her mouth dropped even lower when she saw the manager slowly nodding his head.

Alright hold the fuck up. This is IMPOSSIBLE. Someone wake me up from this dream if I even am in one...

"Can you maybe explain what I'm going to do again so I can process this?" Seoyeon asked with a shocked look on her face.

"Sure. So from what I can tell, you seem really responsible and have good time management. And since our employee that manages the schedule has to take a few months off because of her health, you are perfect for that. Since she just told us this a few days ago, we decided to look for someone that can fill in her spot. And since Taehyung and Seokjin recommended you, you got a chance. So are you ready for the job?" the manager explained briefly.

"Yup, ready as ever," she said. But that was a lie. She was not ready at all.

"You'd have to travel with us for the coming concerts. You understand that, right?"

"Yeah."

The next few days were spent in preparation. She packed her bags, attended an online training for the company, and got help from Taehyung whenever she needed it. Texting him suddenly became a daily habit.

Her parents did not believe her until they saw a Bighit employee themselves. And she wasn't sure if they were that excited about the idea. It was all happening too suddenly.

She took her mom's hand as she told her, "this is an opportunity I'll use to benefit all of us. If you guys ever need any financial support, you can depend on me now." She smiled. Then she pulled her mom closer into a hug.

Seoyeon was now sitting in the corner watching BTS practicing. She got closer to all of the members, all though not as close as with Taehyung, that felt comfortable watching them. It was amazing how good their moves were. She could never master it.

After watching them in silence, they decided to stop for the day since it was getting late. She said goodbyes to them and decided to clean up. But she didn't notice Taehyung staying behind.

"Hey, how come you're not leaving?" Taehyung asked after watching her for a minute.

"Oh jeez you scared me! I thought you left." Seoyeon jumped a little when she heard him. (

"I wanted to talk to you alone."

Seoyeon didn't pay attention to what he said and went closer to him. Taehyung widened his eyes a little by the movement but decided to see what she was going to do. She leaned closer and moved his sweaty bangs out of his face. Seoyeon didn't even notice what she was doing.

"There! Is that better? It must be uncomfortable having wet hair in your eyes." Seoyeon smiled at what she was doing. Taehyung was still shocked so he didn't do anything. She got a little bit confused at first, but realized what she had done.

"Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry for doing that without your permission! I'm so sorry Im sorry-"

"No no it's okay. It was uncomfortable so thank you." Taehyung smiled and watched her blush. Then he got an idea to tease her.

He got closer to her while she was backing up. He kept walking towards her until her back hit the wall. He put his hand next to her head while making direct eye contact.

"Taehyung what are you doing-" Seoyeon started but stopped when he leaned even closer. She blushed even more and tried to cover her face but Taehyung didn't let her. He kept watching her intensely while she squirmed and blushed. His eyes went to her lips and felt the urge to kiss her, but felt like he teased her enough and let her go.

"Haha teasing you was fun." Taehyung chuckled as he watched her face go from embarrassment to anger.

"I'm sorry I'm sorry! Forgive meee." He immediately apologized to avoid getting slapped.

"F-fine." Seoyeon watched him turn around to pick up the wrappers.

Gosh darn it Seoyeon. Calm your heart down. But I saw him looking at my lips...

She stared at his back a little while longer.

Fuck it.

Seoyeon marched over to Taehyung and grabbed his arm to pull him up.

"Don't blame me for what happens next when you started it."

"Wha-"

Seoyeon grabbed his head and pulled him in a kiss.

And he kissed her back.
