Too Good To Be True

Chapter 6

Seo POV:

What. The. Actual. Fuck.

She stares at the hand that's in front of her, mouth open in shock and eyes wide in surprise. People around her gasped in surprise. Some looked jealous, wishing that they were Seo right now.

Rae was also surprised. She was surprised because her best friend got picked, but also because FREAKING KIM TAEHYUNG WAS RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER. Rae looked at Seo to see what her response was, but all she could see was Seo staring blankly at the hand not doing anything. Rae nudged her to throw her back into reality before the idol would change his mind.

"Come onnn look at this opportunity!!! Take his fucking hand!!!"

Seo looked at her, gulped, and shakingly took the hand. Everyone cheered and Seo began to blush. Taehyung lifted her up to the stage. Seo tripped and Taehyung caught her. Seo looked up in embarrassment and saw that Taehyung was smiling at her.

Wait....was he blushing?!

Taehyung took her hand and gently tugged her hand to where the other boys were. Seo was still in shock at what was happening. Since the stage was so big, it took them a while to get to the middle. When they reached the middle, all of the boys greeted her with a wide smile. Seo's heart jumped as she was looking at their handsome faces.

I cannot believe this. I am standing in front of the idols I've admired for so long. They are freaking SMILING at me.

Seo looked around the stage. The view was amazing. She could see so many people and army bombs. The bombs were lighting up the whole stadium. She turned around to look at the big screens and realized that it was focused on her. She blushed as she realized that everyone was looking at her. She turned around with a smile and gave a little wave.

Namjoon then started talking about what they were going to do. Apparently, they were all going to play fun little games, sing one or two more songs, and then the concert would end.

The games that they were going to play were duck duck goose, kai bai boh,di bi di bi dip, and zero. Even though duck duck goose might be a childish game to play, it was worth it because the seven boys made it more fun. Seo sat next to Taehyung and Hobi. Taehyung smiled at her and gave her a wink. Seo blushed again for the seventieth time and focused back at the game. Jimin and Jungkook were chasing each other. Jungkook caught Jimin and tickled him until he couldn't breathe. Everyone in the stadium laughed at their goofiness.

Seo felt someone tap her shoulder and she turned her head around to see Taehyung secretly asking her to give him her phone. Seo was confused but gave it to him either way. Taehyung took selfies of himself and the other members. Seo smiled and knew she would treasure the pictures. Then she saw Taehyung putting his number in her phone. Seo gasped when she realized what he was doing. Taehyung looked up and gave a smirk while making the phone hand signal. Call me, he mouthed.

Seo cringed but was more overwhelmed at the same time. Did Kim Taehyung like her that much? She responded by giving a small nod, blushing super hard. She quickly turned her head so he wouldn't see her smiling and blushing like crazy.

What the fucking heck. Kim fucking Taehyung just put his phone number on MY phone. This is not happening right now. I never thought that this would happen. This is a dream, right? It has to be. No way in hell Kim Taehyung would give you his number. If I ever call him, I'll have another seizure and my heart will disintegrate. That man needs to stop.

Seo looked back at the big screen. Good thing that it wasn't focused on her and Taehyung or else everyone would've known. It was focused on Jungkook and Jimin instead. Seo slouched in relief. She enjoyed being on stage so much, but still could not believe that it was happening. They were only the most popular boy band in the world.

After half an hour, her time on stage was over. Seo had to go back to her seat with Taehyung next to her helping so she wouldn't fall or slip. As she made her way to her seat, screams could be heard from the crowd trying to get his attention. Taehyung seemed to give his full attention to Seo but she didn't notice. She could see some glares but shrugged it off. After returning to her seat, she turned around to smile and thank Taehyung. Taehyung waved and went back on stage while waving to the crowd. When he was back on stage, Seo collapsed on her seat with Rae next to her smiling.

"Oh. My. God. I got fucking picked by Kim Taehyung. He walked with me. He helped me. He touched me. RAE WHAT AM I GOING TO DO I THINK I'm GOING TO FAINT. WHAT THE FUCK JUST HAPPENED." Seo blurted out.

" Seo your so lucky!!! I'm super jealous. I had to suffer here you know. You better tell me EVERYTHING that happened okay?? I don't care if I saw it on stage I want the DETAILS." Rae nagged.

"Okay, okay, jeez."

When the concert was over, Seo filled Rae in on what had happened... most importantly when Taehyung gave her his number.

They both shrieked in happiness. But it did not end there. Despite the busy mess of post-concert time given by the crowd and their busy schedules, he had also managed to spam her phone with pictures and videos of the concert. She slapped Rae in excitement too hard. Rae glared at her and Seo gave her a smile sheepishly. She unlocked her phone and went to the gallery app. She shoved the phone in Rae's face to show her. Rae was confused at first but when she realized what Seo was trying to show her, her eyes widened and she snatched the phone.

They spent the next twenty minutes looking through her phone and after two more hours of staying up, they both reluctantly and drowsily decided to go to sleep.

Before climbing into bed, she heard a notification. She looked at her phone to see what it was. When she read the notification, her mouth dropped open.
