Chapter 7

Seo's Pov:

Taehyung: hey ;)

Holy shit. HO LY SHIT. This is not happening right now.

Seo stares at the notification in shock and disbelief. Disbelief because Kim Taehyung would most likely never text her because he was an all-time idol. Sure, he might have put his number on her phone, but taking his precious time to text her? Unbelievable.

Seo turned her head to see if Rae was awake, but she was already passed out and snoring, probably dreaming about the time Taehyung would text her. She wanted to show Rae (who was smiling in her sleep in a very uncanny, creepy way) the text... but did not want to wake her up. It was time to deal with this on her own. She took a deep breath, opened up the text message, and started staring at it as if her life depended on it, thinking intently on how to reply.

Finally, she made a decision. Slowly but surely, she began to text him back with shaking hands.

Seo:

Hey.

How did u text this number even tho I didn't even tell u?

Seo reread the text and facepalmed.

Omg, what was I thinking? I should've texted him in a better way!! That was so rude and unprofessional! He's an idol of God's sake!!! But he probably doesn't have time to read and respond.

She was wrong again, caught in a clear lie. The text said read and soon enough, three moving dots appeared on the screen, signifying that a reply was being texted back.

Seo's eyes widened and she almost dropped the phone on her face. She could NOT believe that this was happening. Was Kim Taehyung really laying, sitting, or standing somewhere texting her?! This has to be a dream. No way in fricken hell was this real. Seo stared at her phone as she waited for his reply. And not even a minute passed before it came.

Taehyung:

Wowww that's some way to respond. I'm ur fav idol lolol. Jk, I saw ur number on the top when I took ur phone and memorized it :) I'm so talented hehe

OmgOmgOmgOmg. How am I supposed to respond to that??? What did I get myself into? Should I just respond to see how it goes...?

Seo:

I'm sorry I'm just rlly shocked rn, r u sure u have time for me? I mean like ur rlly famous and I thought u would be doing other important things...

She nervously sent the text and chewed her bottom lip while she waited for the response. She was wide awake now like she had never gotten ready for bed in the first place.

Taehyung

Don't worry. I always have time for army:)

Seo's heart melted at his words. She let the phone drop on the bed from her hand as she gazed up at the ceiling dreamily. She was going insane and his loveliness was not helping at all.

The three dots appeared again as she lifted the phone. He was texting again. Her chest felt like it was being tossed around in a washing machine as she waited.

Taehyung:

Also, you dropped something on stage I think...

One of Seo's eyebrows arched up in confusion when she read that.

Did I drop something? I don't think I remember.....

Suddenly, she noticed that her wrist felt bare. She looked at her wrist trying to see what made her feel that way. Then, she saw that her bracelet was missing. 

Quickly she texted him back as panic started to rise. She must've been too excited that she didn't notice her bracelet missing. 

Seo:

'Yeah, I did. Was it a bracelet? 

I think I dropped it. I am so sorry. It's rlly important to me...'

He texts back. 

Taehyung:

'Yea I'm pretty sure it was a bracelet. 

No worries:) You can drop by to pick it up'

Seo's eyes widened for what seems like the hundredth time.

Wait...is he trying to invite me to his place??

Seo:

Wait...so u want me to go to your place or something?

Taehyung:

Yup. I'm basically asking you to come over.
