"Parker? Parker!" Fury shouted at oeter to get his attention.

"Yes, sir?"

The team was currently in another secret hideout. Davina kept thinking back to the events that happened not so long ago. "That thing is going to be here in a few hours. Are we boring you?"

Instead of Peter answering, beck answered. "He's not bored. He's thinking about how you kidnapped him."

"He had obstacles. I removed them." Fury stated. Davina sat beside fury as maria and adam looked at the computer. She was getting used to being around fury and maria for some reason. She would never think that they would ask for her help.

"They still won't evacuate the city." Adam informed fury.

"Idiots." Fury scoffed. "So, what's the plan, parker?"

Peter looked stressed enough, but still answered to fury. "I will be in the cathedral tower, keeping watch for the fire monster. When that shows up, I will radio you guys, and the Mr. Beck and i will-"

Beck intervened. "My name is mysterio."

Something about the way responded made Davina feel uneasy. Unlike davina, peter didn't think much of it. Peter smiled at beck and continued to talk about the plan.

"That's when mysterio and I will move in." Peter finished.

"Peter, listen. The best hope you have, the only hope, is to stop it here now no matter what the cost." Peter started to walk towards beck, paging close attention to his words. "Maneuver it away from civilians if you can, but most importantly, keep it away from metal. If it gets too big, it'll be able to draw power from the earth's core. After that, there's no way to stop it."

Davina was still trying to decide if what beck was saying was actually true or not. The team was convinced so she chose to go along with it.

"Hey, my friends are here. Davina's friends, too." Peter looked over at the girl as he corrected himself. "I can't help but think we're putting them in danger."

Peter's worrying got cut off by fury standing up annoyed. "You're worried about us hurting your friends? You, who called a drone strike on your own school tour bus? Stark gave you a multibillion-dollar A.R tactical intelligence system, and the first thing you do with is is try and blow up your friends. It's clear to me that you were not ready for this." Fury said angrily pointing his finger at Peter. "If it was up to me, that intelligence system would've been better in her hands." Fury nodded his head at Davina, who didn't have the courage to look up at peter.

Peter didn't say anything. He just walked out the door. Fury left also, wanting to go see where the elemental was and how long till it got to their location.

Davina sighed and went up to beck. She didn't want to do it, but she had to know. "Can you check on Peter?" Beck raised an eyebrow at her. "Please." She added, which made beck nod and go find Peter.

Davina went back to her seat and slammed her head on the table. The agents around her looked at her as if she was crazy, but adam told them that he would handle it. He sat across from his sister, hearing a few sobs coming from her. He sighed and started to softly kick her underneath the table a few times to get her attention.

"What do you want?" Davina snapped, finally lifting her head. "I'm in the middle of keeping my feelings to myself."

Adam slowly nodded. "I can see that. Look, d, I know juniper and Emily are here. I get that you don't want anything to happen to them-"

"Adam!" Davina stopped him. "What exactly is going on here?"

"Girl talk. Now, shut up and listen. I can see that Peter still likes you. I'm starting to believe he never stopped. Point is, I think you should give Peter some time and he'll come around."

"He looks tired." Davina said.

"Okay? What do you want me to do about that? Read him a bedtime story so he'll go to sleep?"

"No, only if you're up for it." Davina joked. "He probably didn't even want to be a hero while on a school trip. Doesn't sound like fun, if you ask me."

"No one asked you." Davina hit Adam's arm. "Jeez, sorry!"

"He probably thinks fury doesn't like him." Davina said.

"Come on, it's fury we're talking about. He almost doesn't like anyone."
