"Ramuda..." your voice echoed in the dark, empty alley, forcing yourself to run after him despite the bruised knees and the foreign feeling on your heels, as if you were walking on fire.

"Ramuda..." you called again hoarsely, one hand gripping at your chest, the other reaching out for him who was going towards the light, wanting to hold him back and face you. But you don't seem to be moving forward, the fire on your feet crawling up until it engulfed your whole figure.

He looked back at you slowly, seeing silhouettes of women circle around you, wearing all too familiar uniforms as you were held by your arms and pulled towards the darkness. You continued to struggle tearfully. Seeing that there was no escaping them, you whispered with a small smile, accepting your defeat, "I love you."

"...!"

Ramuda rose from his bed, panting heavily, beads of swear formed on his forehead slowly rolling down. He clutched his chest harshly, forcing himself to breathe properly. He felt a foreign pang in his chest that made him want to reach out for one of his candies─no, he knew that the candies won't fix it.

He, instead, reached out for his phone placed atop the night stand just by the pile of candies, checking for notifications from you, he skimmed it repeatedly and didn't find your name. He checked the pathetic amount of texts messages and missed calls he left for you, yet not a single one was returned.

He felt frustrated, not only because you weren't responding, but also because he didn't know where you were at the moment.

He was scared.

What if you did join Chuuoku? What if something bad had happened to you that night he left you?

He shouldn't have pushed you away.

You were no longer a disposable person he originally fake-attached himself to. His feeling for you were genuine.

He threw his phone aside, panting heavily, his eyes glimmering with something akin anger as he glared at his phone, memories of last night coming back to him, the tears that streamed down from your eyes, the exchanging of affection you two had in that fine afternoon.

He glanced at back at his night stand where lay the now abundance of candy him and his posse got from his clones who attacked him hours later your confrontation.

He was extremely thankful for Dice and Gentaro for helping him out.

He considered this as his second shot at life.

And he badly wanted to spend every last moment with you.

He ran his hand through his hair in frustration, feeling the ever-so familiar pain in his chest, he immediately took one of the candies in a strained effort, letting some of it fall onto the floor.

As much as he wanted to punish himself for being an asshole to you, the hope that he'd see you again was strong enough to have mercy on himself, and just hope and pray that he will see you.

He glanced back at the night stand where the pile of candies were. There, he noticed the candies were covering something─a framed polaroid photo of the two of you where you two were standing in front of a huge ferris wheel, raising your holding hands while your opposite limbs curved above your heads to form a heart. The two of you were wearing cat ears, wearing a biggest smiles you could ever pull off while a blush was painted on your cheeks.
