Chapter six

??? Pov.

There he was. He was once again in his secret place in the forest. He was trying to hold back his tears but couldn't. I knew everything about him. Sonic Marice Hedgehog. He was an awesome hero and I loved everything about him. His beautiful blue quills, his gorgeous emerald green eyes, his toned body, everything. Even more than that nitwit Shadow.

Anyway, I had slowly walked over to Sonic tapping his shoulder.

"Are you ok?"

I asked. I had hoped he would answer me.

"N-no."

He answered back stuttering. OMG HE TALKED TO ME!!!!!!! Ahem I need to calm myself. I can't fanboy in front of him. Then I would look like a weirdo. Anyway I sat down next to him and put my head on his shoulder.

"Would you like to talk about it?"

"Sure I guess."

He told me everything that was wrong with him. I can't believe Shadow hurt him like that! I'm going to treat Sonic better than him. Sonic WILL be mine and no one is getting in my way, not even Shadow. Shadow can go with that whore Amy Rose.

"Hey, It's going to be okay."

Then I kissed his cheek. He blushed a bright pink and chuckled.

"So what's your nane?"

"Jacob Rivers. What's your nane?"

"Sonic, Sonic the hedgehog."

I smiled at him and he asked me if I wanted to be friends with him. I almost squealed, almost. I just calmly said yes and he stood up. He turned towards me offering his hand. I looked at it blushing. He's such a gentleman. I took his hand and he pulled me up. I accidentally tripped and fell into his arms.

"Are you okay JJ?"

"JJ?"

"Sorry. When I meet new people I like giving them nicknames."

"It's fine. I really like it."

Then I smiled at him. I am actually fanboying so hard right now. He actually gave me a nickname!!! When I wasn't paying attention, he put me on his back and started running. I quickly held on to him.

"Sorry! I didn't want us to be late."

I just smiled at him again and held onto him tightly. I can't believe this. I'm on his back! Oh man I hope he doesn't see me blushing. We finally made it to the school and when he did, he took me off his back and grabbed my hand, walking me over to his friends. I quickly ran behind him pretending to be shy.

So I had suddenly stopped and I looked at him. I came from behind him to see Amy flirting with Shadow. Sonic's ears were pinned to his head and he looked like he was about to cry.  So I grabbed his tie and kissed him full on the lips. I am extremely short. That's why I grabbed his tie.

I broke the kiss after a short time and told him to cheer up. Then I grabbed his hand and walked him over to his friends. I pushed myself in between Amy and Shadow and growled.

"So what are we talkin about?"

"Who the hell are you?!"

Amy yelled and I pinned my ears to my head and ran behind Sonic. I have to admit, I am actually a bit shy and I hate when people tell. Whenever my parents yell, that means I did something wrong.

"Hey JJ, It's okay. You're not in trouble and nothing's wrong."

"O-ok. But if you're lying to me..."

Sonic chuckled and then grabbed me from behind him, putting me in front of him with my back facing him and wrapped his arms around my waist. I blushed a noticeable bright red and hide my face. Man this is gonna be a long school day...
