"She's not wrong," Maya said as Josh looked at her.
"She just wants to see her children. Maybe that is what Thanksgiving should be about. Not mourning. She mourns on her own way. Not necessarily like you do. Give her space," Maya said.
"I'm just afraid she is going to break down and then we really won't have anything left. My mother is all I have left, Maya. Cory is far away in London, Morgan is running the fashion line and Eric is busy with the major thing. They don't have the guts to be here for a single second," Josh said as his mother came out of her room.
"They're not coming anymore. Eric and Morgan canceled," Amy said and Maya exhaled.
"Give the food to the workers. I don't feel like celebrating," Amy said as she went outside.
