I walked home alone Big Red stayed back with Delilah, and I smiled knowingly because I knew he had a crush on her.
But , I just didn't feel like staying plus they were making the cast list , Ricky of course stayed back for Nini and trying to talk to her and just apologize.
But I knew she wouldn't listen in Aelin's opinion Ricky's too good for Nini and Nini doesn't deserve Ricky she does but it's always the same.
And now she just poured her heart and soul out to him and she doesn't know how he'll take it , honestly he just gets a new girlfriend she cries and Big Red and Delilah comfort her the best they can.
She just wonders if Ricky feels the same way, him and her looking at each other's windows each day , her being there for every fight Ricky's parents had to comfort him when he looked broken but said he didn't want to cry, but did as she held him in her arms as he just cried and wish his parents would just separate, and he wouldn't have to deal with it.
Her seeing him be destructive and at his worst and her just telling him the world isn't worth it and she tells him that she cares about him, more than breathing oxygen it's self.
And seeing him just smile skating boarding and her just dancing , and them just smiling at each other while the whole world stops and let them just stare and admire each other .
But she knows he'll never say the words she longs to hear , and as she ignores her parents questions about school and the audition and about getting detention, all she can think about is a boy who has to skate home to an empty house , next door .
After dinner, she decides to text Ricky and because , what's the harm , she wants to know if his attempt of staying after school went successfully.

Her parents were downstairs and they both had to head to work and told her they loved her, while she ate a bagel with jelly on it. She then headed out the door to meet Ricky, so they could go to school together with Big Red.
There was not the usual chattiness though it was quiet but it wasn't comfortable, it was uncomfortable.
He kept looking at her and nodding his head as if saying no , and just leaving her confused as ever.
It stopped when they reached Big Red's house and Ricky and Big Red just conversed the whole way, leaving her confused about earlier , she shrugged it off as they reached school Ricky , riding it in school and my usual scolding of "your going to get in trouble " , but he just rolled his eyes as Big Red just shrugged his shoulders I bid my goodbye to Big Red and Ricky but as soon as that Kourtney just came out of nowhere, and said "Carlos just posted the cast list", it was too early and I was dreading it.
I even dreaded it more when I got death glares from Nini , Kourtney and Gina , but I was confused, Delilah me greeting her then giving me a look of encouragement as I looked the same time as Ricky.
