i wake up to my alarm and see patrick's not in the room. i get up and walk to the bathroom and let my hair down out of the bun and it's wavy. i apply lip gloss and throw on my heels. my phone goes off and it's nick.

nicky🥺: come on, its time.

bellamy✋: otay omw out the room lol.

i walk out the room with my phone in my hand and walk down the stairs and it's very dark i hold on to the railing and reach the bottom step and the lights turn on and everyone starts singing happy birthday.

i smile and go and sit down at the table in my chair. patrick lights the candles. i start to make my wish, 'i'm eighteen now, please let me find the one for me.' i say in my mind and blow out the candles.

i smile for a ton of pictures and laugh. i get up and tap rylands shoulder, "i know we're not close nor have you even talked to me, but will you just take one birthday picture with me?" i ask him handing my phone to nick.

he looks at me and i wrap one of my arms around his waist and i start to shiver. he wraps one of his arms around my shoulders and pulls me into him. i smile and so does ryland and nick takes the picture. i smile to nick, "thanks ryland." i say hugging him then walking away.

my shoulders start to tingle and i shrug it off walking to patrick. "hey birthday girl." he says kissing my cheek. i don't get the shivers or the tingling feeling. weird i think to myself. i walk over to nick and grab a drink. "i know what your gonna say, and don't. it will happen when it happens." he says taking a drink not looking at me.

i sigh, "so i just don't act like it happened?" i ask confused. "i don't want you with my bestfriend, and ryland don't even like you. so stop bellamy!" nick yells. "i never even thought about being with him. what's wrong with you nick?" i ask walking away after glaring at him.

i walk outside and sit on the bottom stairs. i hear the door open from behind me, "just leave me alone nick, i don't wanna hear it." i snap turning around and seeing addison. my face gets softer, "i'm sorry addy, it's just nicks being a complete ass right now." i say laughing.

she comes and sits by me, "patrick's looking for you. which i assume you want nothing to do with boys right now." she says putting her hand in my shoulder. i look at her, "is it that noticeable?" i ask sarcastically.

"what happened between you and nick?" she ask, "he looks pretty pissed off." i look at her, "he thinks i liek ryland and started just being an actual dick and i yelled at him." i say shrugging my shoulders. "so nothing major?" she ask. "yeah nothing major." i say shaking my head.

"well i was supposed to come get you so you could open presents. there waiting, alex and thomas are vloging." she says standing up and sticking her hand out. i grab her hand and we walk inside. everyone looks at me and addison leads me to my seat.

"okay everyone quite so she can open her presents and so we can get the reactions for youtube." alex says. i smile, "mine first, for my bitchy little sister." nick says. i can't help but smile at him. i open the box and i see it's a necklaces, but not any necklace it has the date me and nick first met in roman numerals.

we have different moms and i didn't met nick until i was two and he was four, he immediately was my favorite person. i look at it and it's in silver, my favorite jewelry color. i start to cry and get up to give him a hug. he laughs and hugs me back. i loft my hair up and he puts it on.

i look at him an mouth the words, "thank you big brother." and go and sit down. next addison, charli, and dixie hand my a bigger but no so big box. "so us three girls pitched in and got you this." charli says. i smile and open the box revealing a bag. i look up at them. "just open it." addison says. i smile and open the bag i look in and see a big ball, i grab it and feel it and my eyes light up. i pull it out and reveal a baby papaya python.

i look up at them on the verge of tears, "who did you guys know?" i ask. "well, nick told us you had one when you were little but you had to leave her back in mexico when you moved here." dixie says. i put her in my neck and let her slither wherever she wants, but she ends up just laying in a circle in my lap.

i hug all the girls, "oh and one more thing." addison says pulling a sheet off of a figure and revealing this more than big tank for him with a ton of hiding spots. "thank you guys so much." i say petting the snake. they smile at me and let the next person come up with there present.

kouvr and alex come up handing me a bag. i smile and open it. i see a canvas, i pull it out and it's a very realistic painting of me and nick as little kids with a thick clear coat over it. "we know you love your brother a lot, so we had to get you this." alex says pointing the camera at me crying once again. nick walks over and hugs me i see he has a tear slipping out to. i wipe his tears. "thank you guys so much. i love it." i say to them and hugging kouvr.

next thomas and mia walk up to me handing me a box, i take the box and open it. i pull out a luis vuitton light pink handbag and admire it. "this is absolutely gorgeous. thank you guys." i say. i open it up and lay it flat and out emmy, my snack in it. she lays half in half out.

the last two are ryland and patrick. patrick hands em a box that say kay jewels on it. i look up at patrick and he's waiting for me to open it. i open it up and i see a necklace and it has a ring hooked onto it, on the outside of the ring band it says, 'together or not, you are my bestfriend, and will always be my bestfriend.' it's in the color silver as well.

i look up at patrick and smile, he smiles back at me and puts my necklace one. i hold his hand and ryland hands me a box and walks away and up the stairs. i watch him walk up the stairs and into his room.

i look at the box it's very very large and tall. i let go of patrick's hand. the box is red and velvety. i flip it upside down and there a piece of paper. it says, 'happy 18th birthday.' i smile and open the box. and i see another box inside that box, i open that box and there's a key. a bmw car key. i look up at nick and his eyes are wide open.

i walk outside and i see thomas leaning on the car recording me. i run up to the car. "holy shit." i say this is amazing. i run back inside and grab emmy and run upstairs to rylands room and open rylands door. he's sitting there playing fortnite. he looks at me and i look at him. "thank you ryland." i say smiling.

he smiles back and continues playing his game. i grab my handbag and my poster and walk them up to my room with emmy still wrapped around my shoulders. i put the poster on my bed. i grab my old purse and put my cash, driver license and other stuff i have in my purse in my new one.

i grab my key and walk downstairs and out to my car. everyone's still out there out i get in and call nick into the passenger seat. he gets in and i drive off. i grabs emmy off my neck and let's her wrap around his arm.

"where are we going?" he ask. i smile, "just enjoy the ride. you'll see when we get there." i say. i pull into a shopping center and tell nick to stay there. i run inside one of the stores and grab a package and get back in the car. i hand nick the box, "it's from me to you." i say. he looks at me and opens it.

he pulls out the custom made hoodie that's a baby blue with our initials on the back and a picture of us from a few months ago on the front. he looks at me and hugs me. "thank you bellamy." he says.

i look at him, "no thank you nick."
