Chapter 1: Recruiting the Knight
It was a blue full moon that gleamed in the night sky. The sky was lit up by the candles of luminescence that the town carried at every housing and street lights. Miracles of powers shined. Women in fancy clothes danced until daylight. Men watched amazed. Children laughed and played. Well for them night was day and day was night. That was Esperon-Moon for you.
It was another festival that their kingdom hosted. Everyone admired the royals there. With the young twins of splitting images and the queen who rules for peace. The royals always loved the festivals and it was there job to help the citizens and make sure all is well.
The night wind flows through the air taking any lingering piece of magic with them. Most had some sort of magic there. Whether you forged it from luminescence or born with a gift was another thing. The kingdom of Esperon-Moon was one of the several of the seven kingdoms in the forest. The ones who dwell in the forest and live in the kingdoms were legenderians and the outsiders knew nothing of it.
They just thought the rumors of the forest of legend was just a myth. After all, no one has ever left the forest and no one has entered it.Long ago, in the beginning there were kingdoms and towns in the forest. How did they get there? That still remains a mystery, but the known facts were that in a midst of a forest it started with magic. Magic filled the forest creating these towns and kingdoms. Soon with the magic people were born that were different from the outside world.
There were many kingdoms and they had to try to get along and sometimes it was hard, so hard that there would be wars ending one kingdom and creating another. The oldest known kingdom was Esperon...Well at that time it was known as the kingdom of Luminescentias.
It was a fine kingdom who everyone knew of. Their greatest friend and partner of a kingdom, Selvin agreed. They both were allies and two of the oldest kingdoms in wasn't until eons later that a miracle or a possible tragedy happened.
The oldest princesses of the Luminescentias and the oldest prince of the Elevin-Selvin met accidentally in the forest. They say it was love at first sight and fell in love at once. Two legenderians of different kingdoms. Two heirs they were. Two opposing sexes they held. Two magics the wielded. Two souls they bore. Two kingdoms they unite.
Their love was like no other. Deeply loving and hated if anything happened to the other. They would always risk their lives for their beloved significant other. The kingdoms were connected and the people lived in both places. The Luminescentias traditions and people spread to the new kingdom, a place with both merged as one.It was a few years later that the tragedy occurred. No one knew what happened, but they both mysteriously died by the unknown. They were together in the others arms and even in death they still looked in love. But that began in all. Everyone was outrageous with their deaths.
Who would of killed or taken such young and pure souls lives? Everyone worshiped them. The Luminescentians worshiped their princess and the Selvenians worshiped their prince so much that they blamed the other side. The Luminescentians blamed the Selvenians and they blamed the Luminescentians. They both attacked the other.
A Selvenian youngest prince was furious and demanded to be the next king. The Luminescentians would not have that with the youngest princess who they believed should become queen. They fought for both kingdoms. Their civilians fought for them. It was a war and oh how it was bloody. It lasted forever even after their deaths and their descendants, but still nobody could assemble the throne. It was not until what seemed to be their hero who arrived.
Dressed in red and black with swords or mighty forces that banished blamed the Luminescentians. Reedins were what they were called. They attacked both side with strong forces of magic and weaponry. They broke the kingdom that were once uniting and fighting. The Selvenians got the worse of it with fires and spurs of magic remains landing everywhere.
The Luminescentians were guided by the reedins and they use magic to split away. As for the Selvenians the damaged was so bloody and destructing that there was barely any hope for them. They would be like a small town with a group of dictators, not a kingdom. The wars left a lasting impact on their relationship and never spoken to the other again. That was also the last time anyone has heard from Selvenians.
