↠ narrator's perspective// weeks before arrival of the new kid// nikki:: 4 years of age
Today was the day Nikki had to bid her goodbye to Diana. Everybody ended up in tears. Diana was moving in two weeks but they packed everything in the house and Diana's family will stay in her grandma's house. Yesterday they had a goodbye-party and the new kid, apparently is supposed to come in three weeks.
Nikki was feel very sad, yet that didn't stop her from being hyper around the entire house.
"SHUT UP AND STAY STILL!" Jenn shouted.
"Never!" Nikki replied.
The two girls kept bickering and quarrelling until Kris said,
"I WILL SLIT BOTH OF THROATS IF YOU DON'T SHUT YOUR FRIKIN' MOUTHS!!"
"hEY WHAT DID I SAY ABOUT LANGUAGE!" Kalel replied out of nowhere and continued to say,
"IF YOU GUYS KEEP YAPPING, I WILL TAKE AWAY EVERYBODY'S GAMEBOY."
"Fine." They all muttered.

So the day went by very quickly. It was a really boring day. All the kids were watching Nemo and laughed really hard that they turned red. Jenn was laughing so hard her stomach started to hurt, and while still laughing, that she passed out, which was normal to happen (obviously because it is Jenn and Jenn is a liiiitle.. um.. you know.. thaaat). Crazy shtuff like this always happened in the Odyette's house.
After a few minutes, rain started to pour. The rain was clattering on the windows and rooftops of all houses. The dog, Russ, kept barking at the rain because he thought bullets from a gun were shooting down at the ground from the sky. Stupid dog, smh.

As the days went by, the moving of the new kid was nearing closer. Nikki was afraid of the outcome that would be. But she was a bit excited but she won't admit. She is very shy and she knows that. The nervousness sits at the pit of her stomach. She is still devastated by Diana. They still call each other and email one another. Yet, she has plenty of days to not worry about the kid that is moving in, the kid next door.

OKAY SO I HOPE YOU LIKE THIS CHAPTER. YES I KNOW IT IS VERY SHORT BUT IM TAKING BABY STEPS SINCE IM NEW TO WRITING FANFICS. AND I THINK I HAVE ANOTHER IDEA FOR A NEW BOOK BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO START IT OH WELL TOO BAD.
