Roy had a painful break up with his long time girlfriend , Maya. A heartbroken Roy moves to another city to get over his past. There he meets Saanvi , a happy go lucky girl who changes his life.
I woke up the next day and found myself in the couch. I walked upstairs to the room and checked in. It was great with white curtains and a double bed. I walked to the balcony. I could see the opposite apartment and a garden. The birds chirping voice filled the air. I smiled to myself.
Damn that stupid girl! How dare she tried to make me scared by saying that the house is haunted.
I freshened up myself and carried my luggage's inside. Since I'm very bad in cooking I think I should appoint an house help here. I arranged my clothes and other stuffs. The kitchen was completely empty. I found my stomach groaning. I decided to have my breakfast from outside.
I locked the house and pushed the key inside my pocket. I walked outside. Everyone seemed to be happy around. Women stood outside their homes watering the plants and men sat on the verandah reading newspapers
Almost after 5 mints a park came into my view. Children stood in circles , probably planning what to play. I realise that today is Saturday.
My eyes fell on a flower shop and it took me back to Maya again. She Loved flowers. I've bought her a bunch of roses when she'd won the dance competition. Before I could realise I found myself walking towards the flower shop. I took a bunch of flowers in my hands. They smelled great. I think of Maya. I can never gift her something from now on. I closed my eyes in anger.
"Sir..you want this?" The shopkeeper asked
I wanted to throw away these flowers and yell. But no. I can't. I pulled out the money from my pocket and gave to him. I realised that there's no one here I can gift this to.
I looked around for anyone and saw a little girl running towards the park. I stood in front of her blocking her way. She looked up at me curiosly. I bent on my knees to reach her.
"Hey.. would you love to keep these" I asked giving the flowers to her. She beamed in happiness.
"Is it for me?"she asked smilingly
"Yes..if you like you can keep it"
"Thank you" she said and took them from me and ran away. I smiled and stood there watching her. I saw her running towards the park and she reached out to another girl who was probably elder. She'd her back towards me and when she turned I blinked my eyes in surprise. She? Again?
She held a small puppy in one hand and was surrounded by few kids. What's she doing right here? If I remember her name right.....yeah.. Saanvi.
She turned towards the little girl and smiled. The girl gave the flowers to her and then pointed towards me. Damn! Im so dead.
She looked at me for a second and smiled brightly. And then walked towards me.

"Hi...Roy.. glad youre alive"she said happily and I widened my eyes.
"What are you doing right here?" I asked a bit irritated
