A few weeks went by faster than Midoriya expected. It felt as though he had just left Uraraka's house and now it was the morning before the entrance exam! Midoriya woke up early again today, he had to finish his equipment for the exam (he was given special permission from the principle that he could use one piece of offensive equipment for the exam) so he had to make something useful fast. All the UA applicants were handed out a pamphlet about the robots a week early so they could prepare or rethink their applications. Midoriya now knew they were going against robots, this wouldn't be that easy for him.

He decided that instead of starting from scratch he was going to be remodeling one of his other pieces. He was going to be remodeling a pair of electrical infused brass knuckled gloves he had made a year ago. They distributed a shocking amount of electricity (pun Totally intended) upon contact with the knuckles on the glove. They were solar charged and plugged into a lightweight car battery with thin wires that trail through Midoriya's custom jacket down to the battery held on to him by his utility belt.

Midoriya modified it so he could control the voltage, and he also added retractable blades from the finger tips (kinda like razor sharp claws) that were also able to distribute a shock. He decided this was going to be his offensive equipment for the exam, and now it was time for his extra passive piece. He was going with his high powered goggles. They allowed him to use x-ray, thermal, and ultraviolet vision, though somewhat blurry they did the trick.

After he finished the pieces of equipment it was roughly 3 pm. He dedicated the rest of the day to physical training and studying. First exam he would take would be the hero course written exam followed by the practical against robots, then the support version of both exams.

'Its gonna be a looooooong day...'

The day had finally arrived. Midoriya woke up as per usual time, ate breakfast, and was about to leave for the exam when his mother stopped him.

"Izuku?"

"Yeah mom?" He turned to look at her.

"Im proud of you, no matter how you do. I love you."

"I love you too mom, and I promise that I'll do my best today!" He gave her a goodby kiss on the cheek before giving one last look at her and then running out of the house. There wasn't a bus stop near his house that would take him to UA so he decided to run there. He started running towards the school and made it to the front gate in twenty minutes. Looking up he truly realized how huge the school grounds truly were. "S-so big..." He said in awe. 'Alright! Take the first step Midoriya, the first step is always the most important. The first step to becoming a hero!' He took the step.

And tripped.

He began to fall and braced for impact, but it didn't come. "Heyyyy, I know this quirk anywhere!" He stood up again and looked directly at Uraraka who was laughing at him.

"You DO know its bad luck to fall right?" She smiled at him before punching his arm gently, "C'mon man were gonna be late if you just stand there, don't you wanna be a hero~" She said in a friendly mocking way before grabbing his hand and leading him to the doors.

The written exam wasn't hard for Midoriya at all, it was rather easy actually. 'Alright! I've got a good lead! Now comes the hard part...' He began following the crowd into a large seating area where Pro hero Present Mic was waiting for them all to take their seats.

Once everyone was seated he began instructing them all on the practical exam and how it was going to be run. Everything was going smoothly until a kid with blue hair and glasses stood up. He started correcting the pro and saying stuff like how UA should be ashamed with a simple misprint. "Its a simple misprint man chill, and I doubt its even that." 'I said that out loud...'
