i walk outside. i walk through a neighborhood and admire the homes and the pretty flowers outside. i make my way around. i'm on a run down road. there's a car dealership and a restaurant, and some pouge homes.
i hear a deep rumble and look at the sky. wow, grey. just grey. it starts sprinkling but than it rains hard. and harder. it's kinda peaceful. i'm all wet but i don't mind.
"yo jade!!" i hear from down the road. it's him. i run to him. it's all in slow motion. my wet hair flies behind me and so does my dress. he runs for me too. he opens up his arms and i jump in them. he picks me up and twirls me. i laugh in joy and he does too. i kiss him in the rain.
"i thought you'd be in there forever" i laugh. "i'm jj maybanks. of course i won't be in there forever" we laugh harder.
he sets me down and we run in the rain. we splash in the puddles together and and laugh at the sight of each other. i'm so happy.
"jade monarch, will you be my girlfriend?" he says laughing. "no duh" i say throwing water at him. we play in the water till dark.

"hey you two" my mom says as we enter my house. "wait jj!!" she shouts and runs up to hug both of us. we laugh, looking at each other. "you two go upstairs and clean up. i'll be at the store" mom says. "yes maam" i say and we run up the stairs.
"okay jj i'm taking a shower, you can take one in my other bathroom" i say. "gotch ya" he says and walks there.
oh how nice it is to have jj back. he's like family. more like i wanna start a family with him.
i come out of the shower and put on one of jjs shirts on that's huge on me and some spandex shorts. and brush my hair out. i lay on my bed staring at the lights "hey caramel," jj says leaning on the doorway, looking at me up and down. he runs up and jumps on top of me, and kisses me. i wrap my arms around his neck.
he pulls out his gun. "don't you dare shoot me with that thing" i tell him shaking my head laughing.
he takes his finger and runs it down my lips, shushing me. he runs the gun down my body, several times, giving me chills. i take off his shirt and he takes off mine. i embrace him. he kisses me more, running his lips up and down my neck, going down farther and farther. i throw my head back on the pillow. "jj-" i say. he makes me quiet by kissing me more forcefully.

i wake up in my bed. i look around for jj, and see him smoking on the balcony. i walk up to him and wrap my hands around his waist.
"hey caramel, hows it going?" he looks down on me. "oh boy, what happened?" i ask kinda concerned. "a lot happened in the last few days. which moment are we referring to exactly?" he says. i punch him in the shoulder. "ouch". "i'm talking about last night, jj" i yell. "oh. a lot happened then too". i sigh and walk away.
did i actually do that with him? probably. glad it could be with him than anyone else.
"hey, lets go to the dock" jj says running inside. "uhm alright" i reply. i get dressed and we head out.

me and jj are late to the dock and everyone's gathered around looking at some type of map. they all see jj and cheer that's he's back. they get up and hug him. sarah looks at me and knows something's up. she winks at me and i put my hand across my throat to tell her to cut it out.
everyone backs off jj and sits back down.
"so what were you guys up to last night?" sarah asks with a big smile on her face. jj scratches his neck and replied with "uhm we just, uh, well we". "we watched a movie." i say raising my eyebrows, dragging out the e in movie. at the point everyone knew something was up.
"omg fine, we're dating," jj says holding my hand.
john b looks at sarah and gives her 10$.
"uhm jj, you've never dated an-" pope is cut off with jj coughing.
"well congrats you guys" kie says.
we spend the day as normal, with occasional fighting, hand squeezes, insults and pecks on the forehead.
me and jj are meant to be and i just know it. i love him.
