Selena's POV

Tears trickled down my face as I stared at the picture of the two people I couldn't mistake for anyone. The pictures were everywhere, they were outside at magazine stores, all over the internet.
Someone even had the guts the tape the picture to my front door this morning.
I had gotten lots of texts from my friends even Taylor asking if I had seen the news and if it was true.

Well...where was the lie?

My chest kept tightening with every breath I took and it wasn't going away, and the tears just refused to stop falling.

Why?... why would Harry and Lily do this to me?

Why would Harry do this?

I thought we were happy.

We were going to get Married soon, so why would he do this to me?

I looked to the phone beside me as I sat curled up on the floor and in tears as his name kept coming up but I didn't answer.

8 missed calls...

12 missed calls...

I picked it up in rage and threw it against the wall watching it shatter all over my room floor.

Harry's POV

'' please let me explain!''

I begged hot on her heels before she walked into her room slamming the door in my face. And I stood banging at the door just wishing she'd listen to me.

'' Just leave please I don't want you here''

''I'm not leaving until you listen to what I have to say please, we didn't do anything! She came to see my show and we were all hanging out at the hotel room and then she got all drunk but nothing happened!, please you just have to believe me''

The door swung open really fast revealing the girl I love with everything in me. Her hair was messy and her eyes threw daggers at me, swollen, red and angry.

''Believe you?'' She looked at me disgusted

'' you want me to believe what Harry?, that you didn't sleep with her?... that you and her haven't been doing shit behind my back Harry?, you want me to believe she just kissed you and you didn't do anything!?'' She yelled at me pacing back and forth.

''Yes!, because I didn't do anything with her, I swear to you nothing happened. She got all emotional talking about how she was going to feel alone cause you and I are getting married and she started crying and I tried to calm her down but then she kissed me and started acting all crazy and then I kicked her out but I couldn't let her drive drunk so I tried to stop her and we were already outside and she kept throwing herself on me, I swear to you I tried to stop her''

'' oh, so you're admitting to the kiss right?'' She asked with raised brow.

''Yes, she did kiss me-''

'' Did you kiss her back?'' She interrupted and I hesitated and I guess that answered her question.

'' So you kissed her back'' she breathed out clearly hurt and I reached out to hold her and she just pushed me off.

''Don't fucking touch me Harry.''

She looked at me with tears streaming down her face. It hurt seeing her cry and it hurt even more that I was the cause of it.

''And why didn't you call me?, why didn't you tell me why'd you have to wait till it was all over the news!?. You were never going to tell me where you!?''

She asked and when I didn't answer, She started trembling.

I tried to hold her but then she started hitting me. And I didn't care, I let her hit me and scream at me and throw profanities at me till she was tired and just gave in to my hold.

I let her cry.

''I'm sorry'' I told her holding her tightly '' I wanted to. I really did want to but I just couldn't, I didn't know how'' I say and she shook her head. Pushing herself away from me

'' I can't Harry I'm sorry I can't, I just can't do this'' she says her hand against my chest trying to push further away from me.
''What are you saying?'' I ask confused '' Selena I don't understand...'' I say trying to hold her again.

''Stop!.. Harry just, please stop it. 'I don't wanna get married anymore, I don't wanna be with you anymore please just leave me alone from now on'' she tells me and by the look in her eyes she means every word.

Pulling the ring off her finger she holds it out to me and I can't help but stare at it in disbelief. I look back at her and she isn't even looking at me a anymore. And this literally breaks every fiber of my being. I feel my stomach turn uncomfortably and as I suspected, the tears were threatening to fall.

''Selena...please'' I said but when I didn't take it, she just put it in my pocket and I quickly grabbed her wrist. ''Don't do this please'' I cried as she tried to fight me off but I wasn't going to let her go.

''Baby please don't do this to me. Please I didn't mean to, I never wanted any of this to happen, please I beg of you'' I plead but she doesn't listen to me, doesn't even want to look at me.

'' leave Harry'' she says but I shook her head.

''Don't tell me to leave,please babe don't just throw it all away like this''

I begged but she fired back.

''You were the one who threw everything away when you kissed her back!, when she came on to you and you didn't even tell me about it, you already destroyed everything don't you get it'' she cried and I just stared in shock

I knew what I did was wrong, I knew it was, I knew I should have told her regardless but I didn't expect that to be enough to ruin everything we've built in a year.
She wasn't going to listen to me any further, I knew she wouldn't.

It destroyed me that she'd just end us like this, but if this is what she wants then I'm not going to push her anymore.

I love her and if this is what she wants then I'll have to respect that.

I blinked a couple of times trying to see the reality of things and when it had dawned on me that this was it, we weren't together anymore.

I turned my back on her and just walked away, through the hallway and out the front door of her apartment, the tears spilling freely once I close the doors.

I knew I wasn't going to stop loving her.

It was impossible

And the realization hurt more than any other thing.

Yes yes the chapter is boring and that's because I actually tried too much but oh well hope you enjoyed it anyways.
