•Dahvie's POV•

It's Christmas!! My favorite day of the year!!!

My eyes shot open and I sat straight up in bed. Jayy was still lightly snoring, so I carefully got out of bed and made my way downstairs to make coffee.

On the kitchen counter, their was an envelope addressed to me.

I opened it quickly. "Dahvie," it read.

In the off chance that you wake up before me, Merry Christmas. I don't know how much you love me now, but after these next few days, I know you'll love me as much as I love you. Please wake me up now:)
-Jayy

I'm so confused. I'll make him explain this after I wake him up.

"JAYY!" I yelled as I ran up the steps. "WAKE THE FUCK UP ITS CHRISTMAS. SANTA CAME." I giggled when he flipped me off.

"THATS FINE ILL JUST OPEN ALL MY PRESENTS."

He sat up. "You wouldn't."

"Watch me."

I ran out of our room and down the stairs. I made a mad dash towards the tree and grabbed the first thing with my name on it.

"Dahvie put it down," Jayy demanded.

"You have to kiss me first," I winked.

"Fine." he sashayed towards me. His lips landed on mine.

"Merry Christmas," he smiled.

"Merry Christmas," I said into his shoulder. "Please explain this letter now."

He just laughed. "All in good time."

I frowned and sat down next to the tree. "So," I began. "Which one do you want to open first?"

"The big one!!" He smiled sitting down next to me.

"Of course," I sighed. "Can you save that one for last please?"

"Ugh, fiiiine," he complained. "But I will open it."

"I know." I handed him a medium size gift.

He handed me one that was the same size and we opened them at the same time.

"Omg how did you know?" He smiled when he pulled the 'Misfits' shirt from the box.

"I just pay atten- OHMYGOD JAYY!" I yelled when I saw what he got me. It was the shirt from Spencer's that says 'I'm so gay I shit rainbows. '

He laughed and we continued opening our gifts.

I'm excited for him to open the big one. It's something he's always wanted.

"Jayy, do you wanna open the big one now?" I grinned.

He smiled and nodded.

I laughed and handed him the big box.

"Why does it have holes in it?" He asked once he had it in his hands.

He opened the box and his eyes got extremely wide. He covered his mouth and looked at me with a look that said Are you for real?

I nodded and smiled. He reached in and pulled out the small black and white kitten I got him.

"Since Kitty died," I said compassionately. "I wanted to get you a new little kitty."

"Dahvie," he was crying at this point. "I love it. Thank you so much!" He nuzzled the cat against his cheek.

"She's only 5 weeks old," I said scooting closer to him.

He couldn't speak. Between the tears and adoring the kitten, he couldn't manage to find his voice.

I watched him for about an hour.

"I love you, Dahvie."

"I love you too honey."

"I think..." he started. "Yeah. I'm gonna do it now. Screw the wait." He got up and ran to our room. He came back with a small light blue Tiffany's box in his hand.

My heart started fluttering. My hands were shaking and my breathing picked up.

"Dahvie, I love you with all my heart. I want to have you to myself forever. You would make me the happiest man on the earth if you said yes. Will you marry me?"

I forgot how to breathe. Everything got blurry and my head got light.

I smiled before I blacked out.
