As the sun awakened (so as Ginny), she felt the breeze of the air (or the wind) touching her and the sun rising up (yet it is still dark and the sun is not enough to give them total light for the curse is so strong). The first thing that she had thought of was her dream and Peter. She rushed to Peter’s house and just told her parents that she is in a hurry to tell Peter something and she will definitely return back home afterwards.
“What’s the hurry?” Peter’s mother asked as Ginny came to their door and knocked.
“Greetings Mrs. Philipps (the surname of course of Peter’s family), I am in a hurry to see Peter. Is he here?” Ginny said while she is catching her breath.
Peter’s mother looked at her with a wonder in their eyes and said “Peter has gone half an hour ago.”
“He went to the Central Bonfire (that’s now what they call the place where they lit the bonfire)” said Peter’s mother, “We believe he is up to something very serious.”
Ginny still catches her breath “Thank you…. Mrs…… Philipps…. I shall catch him…..” so the young lady quickly fled from the house of the Philipps and went to the Central Bonfire where she found Peter there seating on one of the benches nearby so she quickly approached his friend.
“Your eyes looked like squinked” Ginny began.
“My life, myself, useless. I am no use in this world, in my family, in my friends. I have realized that I am not really worthy. I can die here for I am all alone in my life. No one would care about me, ever. When I die, maybe everything would be better. I am hopeless. I want to die. There is no tomorrow. This is the day of my death” said Peter but his emotions were mixed at the same time.
Ginny wondered why and how Peter said those things but she was terrified so she did not dare to ask Peter what is happening. She just sat down beside her friend and comforted him. Tears began to drop from Peter’s eyes until he started to cry like he cannot bare it all or like he lost everything that he treasured. Ginny can’t help it so she cried as well for she was driven by Peter’s emotions and Ginny began to remember such things that make her lonely such as their world that was put on curse. After a little while, both finally felt normal and Ginny was the first one who let go off her feelings. At this time, she began to ask Peter with no hesitation “What happened Peter? You seem to be a very different person when I saw you. You are not that person whom I know” she then gave a quick pause and continued “What bothers you Peter?”
Peter was silent for a moment due to the fact that he wasn’t sure what he has to answer until “These are the problems for most of us. We lose hope and we even blame ourselves on such things that are not even our mistakes. We also do let our own emotions and fears overcome us. Over thinking our problems causes us to carry more problems. We cannot seem to have our hope without having any fears. Our faith is not really enough and will never be enough whenever we have our fears. These things happening, why we should experience such things? I do not want to lose a thing in my life however I know that someday, I will lose my own life and I will surely wait on my final day here in our world to be with my father, my mother and my Master in the other side. I question why these are happening to us even though we believe, we have faith and hope? Are we meant to live to suffer? Destined to desolate? Live incomplete? Die alone?”
Ginny then comforted him and said “I do not know what have happened but whatever that is. Never give in easily. Have your hope and hold on to your faith. No matter what happen, I will always be for you for you are my friend.”
“Best friend” said Peter.
A day has passed since that moment. Honestly, Ginny wasn’t able to tell Peter about her dream but because of the fact that she really fancied her dream; the memory is still intact in her mind. As I have mentioned earlier, Ginny felt that this dream was like the best moment of her life and there was a point in her dream where she would not like to awake anymore. Of course she would like to share this dream of hers with her best friend right away but due to the fact that Peter was like depressed on so down the other night (which was yesterday), she have forgotten to tell him her story.
“You have to remove all of your burdens Peter” said Ginny as she and Peter met again in the Central Bonfire “I do not have the complete idea and reason of what have happened to you yesterday but never lose your hope, I know that you share the same strength of hope as I have for myself.”
“I will just remove them all” Peter answered “or withdraw them.”
“Wait. What do you mean by that?”
“To cast out all my fears and burdens letting the Alpha and the Omega to guide me and destroy this desolation that I have now but I will never lose and remove my belief that this world of ours will thaw soon. I will be waiting on the other side to arrive to give us new life again” Peter continued.
Both continued their talk together though it was a different conversation at the time for both has their own burdens in life. Ginny still did not told Peter her dreams and weeks had passed since that day (when Ginny had her dream), it is fortunate to know that Peter is getting better but his character changed a bit and he became a more mysterious person.
