Note:Akko couldn't go back to Japan and Diana chose not to because she enjoys the quiet Campus

I walk down the Halls making sure that everyone that is still here over Winter break.Everything is quiet seeing as there is only three other people who choose to stay,then I heard a soft melody, I felt almost mesmerized by the sound. Only once I find the source I notice that I was towed to the red teams room.

The door silently creaks open showing Akko playing on a small ukulele, I didn't even know she had a ukulele non the less could play,the sight of the girl playing a song so connected to her heart hypnotized me, subconsciously I walked towards her only realizing when she looks at me and her face goes bright red.

I strum the strings to the Rhythm of the song I created oh so long ago only this time in minor. Then I heard foot steps. I instantly look up to see Diana, I didn't even know that other people were here over the break...I wonder how many people heard me.

"Oh hey Diana how have-how have you been?" I Wonder how much of that she heard. "Hello, I was making sure everyone was in their rooms due to the hour, and I heard your your song, I didn't realize that you sang."

"Oh yeah, it's kinda an old hobby I don't really pick up on anymore, I was just- yeah."

"Well, could I listen to the song, I wouldn't stay for long,"

"Sure thing"
Of course, it took me a minute to realize that I was going to sing to her a song I had originally written as a love song.

Diana

Akko starts to sing the song, I don't think I have ever heard before, perhaps she wrote it? Oh Beatrix reasons to Love this girl just keep on stacking up. I am entranced by her singing and how her fingers played the instrument. I don't even realize when it's done, I just keep looking at her until she clears her throat.

" my apologies, that was an amazing song Akko, your a great singer, although I do have a question,"

"Yeah, I wrote it a while ago for a girl I liked, but now it has kinda turned into my favorite song to sing, of course it isn't usually in minor"

"Why did you play it in minor this time- if you don't mind me asking,"

"Meh, I kind of play it to how I'm feeling like a minor if I'm not feeling to hot, I speed it up if I'm excited, slow it down, and stuff."

" why are you upset?"

"Just the usual, I'm upset because I can't go home, and none of my friends are here so that sucks."

" how about we spend the break together, the only professor here is Chariot, she won't mind,"

"Really!"

I nod my head and she hugs me, like really hugs me she squeezes me tightly and I hug back. I haven't had a hug in quite some time. Have you ever realized that when your with someone you care about deeply nothing else really seems to mater? Because I have.

When I pull back I almost see a pouty face on Diana's face, of course there is a 99% chance of it just being my imagination.

We started talking about what we want to do over the break and we talked until like two in the morning, so Diana decided to stay the night.
