He was caught off the guard as my lips landed on his cheek, close to his soft-looking lips. I wanted his kisses on me, but I knew that it wasn't the right time and that it never might be.

His cologne was sweet, melting my insides with desire. I didn't expect his skin to be as soft, when I pulled away he was looking at me with a look I didn't know how to read.

His eyes were strikingly deep and soulful, I tried to see what he thought about the peck on his cheek, but miserably failed getting lost in them.

"I shouldn't have done that." I murmured closing my eyes and biting my lips, burying my head in my hands finally realizing what have I done. He chuckled making me peer thought my fingers, his hands still on my waist.

I could feel his hands still on my waist, "Why?" he asked with his honey-like deep voice. He took my hands and removed them from my face, leaving me slightly blushing with nowhere to hide.

"I am trouble," I explain, trying to hide anything from my eyes as I notice him trying to read them. I bit my lip and noticed his pupils dilated, he pushed me onto the sofa. Holding my hands above my head, him between my legs.

I felt euphoric, watching his lips being so close and him pressing onto me. My breathing got shaky and he smirked enjoying this too much, "What if I like trouble." he whispered, making firework explode in me.

Like she knew, Sol's voice yelled from the kitchen, "Come, food is ready!" I didn't move because he was still on me. He smirked before getting up and pulling me up with him. He let go of my hands and went to the kitchen leaving me time to get myself together before following him.

I rummaged my hair and bit my lip in frustration, he knew how to make me feel helpless. I was so mesmerized by his touch and feel, I never felt like that before.

He was gentle, unlike Jesse, and I don't want to like but I fucking liked it. The only thing that was stopping me was me not wanting to hurt him or myself and it sucks.

"Had fun with her?" Sol asked as I entered the kitchen, Max was already sitting at the table smirking before looking at me up and downs as I came closer.

I took a seat across him, avoiding his gaze, "You don't even know." He commented before taking a bite of shredded chicken burrito. I sent him a glare before digging into the delicious food as well. I could feel him looking at me, but I didn't care and focused on eating.

From shredded chicken burritos, shrimp enchiladas, Mexican chicken pasta to nachos loaded with queso and vegetables. I tried everything, something Sol and Leo made fresh and something was only warmed up from the breakfast.

I had to give it to them, they cooked so well together and I knew they were a match because a couple that cooks together stays together. I was stuffing my mouth with nachos dipped in queso when I noticed Max being very surprised by my appetite.
