Daniel POV

I woke up to the sound of my alarm .It was 4am. I got out of bed and did my morning routine. I like to work out in the morning, and I do it for complete 2hrs. I had my bath and got ready to go to my Grandfather's Mansion has today is his birthday our family will be having breakfast together.

It has been 1 month when I sifted from my parent's place to my New mansion. One year before I took over my family business and became the CEO of AD Enterprises. I am 25yrs old and my sister is 18yrs old. I love my family but I like to leave alone because of my anger issues. My mom Clara Dixon is friendly and sweet but sometimes her sweetness irritates me. My father Matthew has a cool personality; he is very calm and wise person. My mom always says I got my Grand Pa's attitude cold and strict. Alexander Dixon started our family business in Import Export and then it has expanded in each field.

When I reached the Mansion and went inside the leaving room I was greeted by my little sister. "Hey big brother, How are you?"she hugged me. "I am fine Rebecca, Where are our Parent's" I asked her and Mom came from inside "My Son I missed you so much it's been a month." and she gave me a tight hug. "Stop it Mom we used to talk on phone daily". Mom looked at me and said "We? I used to call you, sometimes u don't even answer and sometimes you end the call in middle of our conversation!"
"Mom please don't start again and Where is Grand Pa?" "He is waiting for you son at the dining table, come on every one let's have breakfast" Mom said and we headed inside.
At the dining table My dad and Grand Pa was discussing something when we reached. "Happy birthday Grand Pa" and I hugged him. "Oh thank you my boy, come let's have breakfast". We had our breakfast with me dad and grand pa discussing about business. "Hey son we heard some rumors about you and the girl named Mia Green" Is it true that you both are dating? Mom asked out of nowhere. "Yes I heard it too" Rebecca added.

All eyes were on me "No mom we are just friends and we are not dating." I said. "Bring your friend for tonight's party, I would like to meet her" Mom said. "I will tell her" I ended the conversation and got up to leave. "I am leaving I have an important meeting today. Bye everyone"

I got inside my car and my driver started driving. When I was about to reach I got a message from my best friend Mike "I am in your office, you come to the men's washroom on the ground floor with a spare cloth's."Mike Taylor my child hood best friend. He is my best buddy. Only he can tolerate my attitude and anger as per his thoughts. He is a very friendly person who can get along with anyone and also a womanizer.
I called my assistant Owen Walker and told him to send some clothes for Mike and I headed for the Washroom. I got inside and met Mike who was standing infront of the mirror and checking himself out. "Why are you here? What the hell happened to your clothes?" Mike turned and looked at me "Don't ask some psycho girl spilled her coffee on me and not only that she started shouting like it was bloody my mistake. I came here and I came from back gate because girls can't see me like this you know It is not good for my impression and charm".

I was looking at him "So you are telling me your charm for mending girls is not working". Mike stared at me in a confused state "When did I say that?" "You said she shouted on you, that means she did not fall for your charm, as you always mention any girl looks at you they fall on your feet but she didn't." He looked at me "She was not even my type you know some typical random psycho girl." I was still giving him a non-satisfactory look and said " I think you are loosing your charm buddy"

"Hey buddy I think we are getting late for the meeting otherwise I would have given a nice punch on your face". I smiled and said "You can try for it but will not succeeded". "Come on man atleast I don't scare lovely girls like you do" he said.

The clothes arrived and I received a message. "Hey I will be at the meeting room Mr.Howard has arrived." He said "OK go ahead" I got out of the washroom and was collided with a small figure. "What the hell, Are you blind" I shouted on her. She looked frightened and looked at her back. She looked down at the small bucket on her hand and all of a sudden she threw it over me and ran at the back entrance

I was completely shocked and anger was boiling inside me.

"What the F***"

Mike came running out of the washroom and looked at me in shock and then all of a sudden he burst out into laughter like a maniac.
