I waited on the bench, lost in the whirlwind of today's events. It still felt like a dream. My thoughts were interrupted when I sensed a few glances and felt self-conscious. Why did it feel like I was the center of attention? My overthinking was cut short when Jungkook appeared with a chocolate ice cream cone.

"How did you know that I love chocolate ice cream?" I asked, taking the cone from him.

"Don't forget that you're my girlfriend," he replied with a smirk.

"Yeah, yeah, like 15 minutes ago..." I rolled my eyes. "I know you like strawberry flavor, so why did you buy chocolate for yourself?"

"How much do you even know about me?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. That was his gravest mistake.

I proceeded to list everything I knew about him—his birth date, favorite foods, dislikes, and even how many moles he had. By the time I finished, Jungkook's jaw was on the ground.

"...and one more thing, in the bathroom—"

"Y/n! Stop, no need to mention that. I take back my words!" His face turned beet red.

"Now, who's the boss?" I teased.

"Is that even a question? Of course, I am the boss!" he said, puffing up his chest.

I shot him a playful glare.

"You're good at stalking," he remarked.

"I don't stalk anyone," I pouted.

"Then how come you know so much about me?" he asked.

"I've gathered it through conversations with other Armies," I said with a shrug.

"Wow, am I that famous?" he asked, looking genuinely surprised.

"Ha ha ha, you're kidding, right? I only know a fraction. They even know how you sleep and how you react," I said, laughing. "And even the author considers herself your wife."

"I didn't know that..." he mumbled, looking a bit taken aback.

My expression softened as I looked down. "That's why I was scared of our relationship. They're too obsessed with you, Jungkook."

He gently lifted my chin, making me look into his eyes. His gaze softened. "Everything is gonna be fine," he said soothingly. "Besides, I don't like your sad face. Now smile for me." He flashed me a bunny grin, and I couldn't help but smile back.

"It's quite late; we should go home," he said, standing up and extending his hand.

SUNDAY AFTER 2 WEEKS

Jungkook's POV

Y/n and I were in my car. After two weeks of barely seeing each other, we were finally getting some time together. My schedule had been packed with training for the upcoming World Tour and working on my mixtape. Y/n had been swamped with her studies, and our attempts to call each other at night were usually cut short because I was too tired to hold a conversation. Despite the chaos, y/n never complained, and I was grateful for her understanding.

As we drove, I thought about how lucky I was to have her. "Jungkook, stay healthy and don't forget me," she said. I chuckled; how could I ever forget her?

"Yah, JK! You've passed my house!" she exclaimed from the passenger seat.

"Did I ever say I was going to drop you off?" I teased.

Her confusion was almost comical. "Then where are we going?"

I stayed quiet, enjoying her puzzled look. Suddenly, her tone turned serious. "Jungkook, tell me honestly. Are you going to kidnap me?"
