Going to U.A High School was the best even if your class is constantly being attacked by villains. I smiled as I practically jumped out of the bus and went to stand beside Uraraka and Ashido. "This is awesome!" I cheered. The class, or at least some of them, agreed with me. This was a major opportunity for us as not many first years got to take the provisional licensing exam like this.

Mr. Aizawa turned to the class before speaking, "If you can pass this test and get your provisional licenses, then you novice eggs will hatch into chicks. You'll be semi-pros." I squealed in delight as a couple of [F/F]s bloomed on my wrists. "Calm down [Y/N]." Mina said as she noticed the flowers. "Sorry. Just excited." I giggled. Mr. Aizawa cleared his throat and give me an evil look. I whimpered softly as Ashido smiled softly. "I expect your best."

He finished as Kamakiri spoke up, "All right. I can't wait to be a heroic chicken." I smiled at the electric user. He took the whole "eggs will hatch into chicks" part literally. "Let's call out the usual, you guys. On my mark." Kirishima said, unaware of a new kid who came up behind him. "Go plus-"

"Ultra." The new kid interpreted. One of his classmates got on to him about it causing the male to bow all the way to the ground apologizing. I laughed and took in the uniforms of the new kids.

It was Shiketsu High, a school from the west that was almost as popular as U.A. The class was pretty surprised by their appearance, but that made sense given that the school almost rivaled ours.

The class walked away and that I noticed a young boy among them. He was tall with pale skin, red eyes, and half-smooth/half shaggy sea-green hair with long bangs over the left side of his face. "He's cute." I muttered softly. "Who?" Uraraka asked me. I glanced at her before pointing out the boy. "Oh. I wonder who he is if he managed to catch your eye." She giggled as I gasped. "Shut up would ya!" I yelled slightly.

I was known as the loner of the school due to my parents abandoning me as a newborn. You see they never wanted kids and the only people who knew this secret was Uraraka and Ashido.

After the rules were explained to us we were handed three targets and six balls. The targets were to be placed around our bodies as long as they were in an exposed spot and and could only be removed with a special key. Mine were placed with one on my heart and the other two on my thighs.

The students weren't given a time limit but only 100 kids out of 1,540 would move on. "No way in hell I'm losin'." I growled softly as I glanced around. After the walls of the room fall apart U.A attempted to stay together minis Bakugo,Kirishima, who went with the hot-head, and Todoroki.

"Not even 5 minutes in this test and the class gets separated huh?" I muttered softly as I ran around. Basically the plan to stick together had backfired and now I was on my own. Not a problem for me though as I had already gotten one kid out and was searching for a second.

"Well I'll be. What's a pretty girl like you doing in the hero course?" A voice spoke. I yelped as I turned to face the owner. It was that boy, the one from Shiketsu who had caught my attention earlier. I growled at him as he walked towards me. "Listen here boy. I got a name and it sure as hell ain't "pretty girl." I'm [Y/N] [L/N] of U.A High." I said as my Quirk activated causing [F/F]s and vines to crawl up my arms.

"Feisty. I like that. Most of the girls at my school are way too timid for their own good." The boy said as he lit a small ball of flames in his hand. I growled as he walked around me following his every movement with my eyes. 'Damn he's cute.' I thought when he finally came to a stop in front of me.

"You'll make a great hero." He said as he leaned in and kissed my forehead. I was in so much shock I didn't hear the target on my heart go off. Thankfully that was the first time I had gotten hit. "I hope to see you again soon, my [F/F]."

He said as he used his flames to jet away just like Bakugo does with his explosions. "Oh." He said as he turned back to me hovering in midair. "Name's Delta. Delta Zakuro." With that he flew off.

After the test was over and we discovered who had passed, which I was one of, my class headed back to the bus. Before I climbed on I noticed a pair of eyes watching me. I turned around and saw Delta starring. When he realized that he had been caught he gave a smirk and winked at me. I blushed and mentally fainted at how cute that smirk was before turning away. Maybe Shiketsu High wasn't as bad as the class initially thought.

Of course Ashido and Uraraka had witnessed the altercation and would never let me live it down. "Delta Zakuro." I muttered as the two girls squealed and giggled over me finally having a crush, even if he did go to a different school. "We will meet again. Until then, my Flame."
