Rye's POV.

I woke up cold and slightly unable to breath. I open my eyes just to shut them right back closed. The sun is blinding, and that's when I realize we are still outside.

My eyes open slowly traveling down to the masterpiece that is, Andy Fowler. His face is entirely calm and carefree. He takes slow breaths as he clings on to me.

I softly swipe his blonde hair away from his forehead making him stir.
He snuggles his head into my chest gripping tighter around me.

"Good morning." I attempted to say but my voice sounds low and hoarse from the cold air.

"Hmm Good morning." He smirks not opening his eyes.

"We should probably go inside..."

"But I don't want to." he says softly.

"Baby, we have to go talk to the boys about what happened."

"Hehe" he smiles.

"What?" I pull his chin up so he meets my eyes.

"Hmm say it again."

"Say what baby?" I softly touch his cheek.

"That! I like the way it sounds when you call me that." He smiles touching his lips to mine. I chuckle falling even deeper In love with this wholesome creature.

"I know you.. want... to stay here but" I say in between kisses. "We have to fix things."

"Fine." He rolls his eyes and stands up. I take in a deep breath following him into the house.

"I better not get sick from being in the cold all night." I attempt to say but my voice cracks.

"You didn't have to come find me." He says walking over to the kettle and turning it on.

"Yeah, like I was going to let you be alone with your thoughts. Plus...I sleep better when I'm with you." I wince from the slight pain in throat.

"You're so cute when you want to be." He smiles pouring hot water into two cups.

"Yeah, yeah whatever." I roll my eyes taking a seat on the little bar stool.

"Good morning boys!" Andy's mom says cheerfully at the bottom of the stairs.

"Good morning Mrs. Fowler" I croak out receiving an eyebrow raise.

"You feeling alright Ryan. Your voice sounds terrific." She walks over placing the back of her hand to my forehead.

"I'm alright, your son here decided he wanted to think about things outside. So , I comforted him. But we fell asleep, resulting in my messed up voice." I say barely over a whisper.

"Andy! You know better than staying out in the cold! And poor Ryan!" She shoots him a look.

"Hey! He didn't have to follow me." He laughs handing me a cup of tea and handing the other one to his mother. I run my finger over the cookie jar in front of me.

"I'm sorry I was just trying to be a good boyfriend." I freeze. Did I just say boyfriend? Andy's eyes widen and his face flushes.

His mother not seeming to notice our weird exchange. "Well, you still know better Andrew. Now! What are your plans today ?"

"Um well, we are going to talk to the boys and then have a conversation with Blair. So, mostly trying to clean the mess we made." I chuckle slightly at his statement.

"Oh, I really hope you guys can work it out." She smiles opening the cookie jar and handing me one.

"What about you Mrs Fowler?" I smile sipping some of my warm tea. The feeling soothing my throat instantly.
