An Unknown Love

POV Kirstie

I slowly blinked my eyes open and was startled to see three figures standing at the foot of my bed. I jumped and shrieked when I felt a hand touch my shoulder. My mind then began to register what was going on. Avi was waking me up and Kevin, Scott, and Mitch in my room. I then realized what was going on. 

"IT'S MY BIRTHDAAAAAAAYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!! I AMMM 22!!!" I shouted

"CUZ WE'RE TWENTY TWOOO" we all started singing the song at the top of our lungs. I started laughing and soon everyone was on the floor."I need to stop my stomach hurts!!!!" Scott and Avi answered by rolling over to me and tickling me. I think I died!"NOOO STOOOPP" I yelled

They stared at me in amazement. Mitch giggled and said. "As you wish birthday queen!" We all laughed then headed downstairs to make breakfast. As I walked down, I noticed all the decorations. They really did go all out for me this year!

"Wow you guys this looks amazing!!" I reach for my phone only to discover I left it in my room. "I'll be right back guys I forgot my phone upstairs." They chorused back replies and I ran up to grab it. Reaching my room I look for my phone and see it lying halfway under my bed. Bending down I reach for it and turn it on. Already my notifications are blowing up from amazing fans wishing me well today. Suddenly I sense someone else in the room. I quickly turn around and see Avi holding a box with a bow on it. I blush and shyly say,"You didn't have to get me anything!" Avi just smiled.

"Ah yes I am aware of that, but I did, and I actually wanted to give it to you in private." My eyebrows raised questioningly. "There..uh.. is nothing actually in the box... but um..." I was surprised when his lips met mine. I was shocked and then kissed him back. After a few moments we broke apart and his eyes were happy, but soon his face began to fall.

"I'm sorry. I.... sorry Kirstie..." He starts to walk away but I grab his arm.

"Avi." 

Then I crashed my lips back onto his and wrapped my arms around his neck, running my fingers through his hair, soflty pulling as we moved as one. We broke apart and I laughed softly. "What?" Avi laughingly asked.

"Nothing, its just, I didn't even know how i felt about you until this kiss."

"Well I guess it was an unknown love."

"Yeah, not anymore, but what do we tell the others?" I nervously bit my lip. I don't know how everyone would react, or how it would affect Pentatonix as a whole.

"Well, lets find out." Avi smiled at me and gently kissed me one more time.

"Okay." I smiled and intertwined our hands.
