Book 2: Yoru and Sesshomaru - Kyuubi Yokai and Inu Yokai

Three: The Kidnapped Rin and Yoru

* Yoru's Pov *

"I'm giving this back" I said. 

"Ehh, is that fine?" Rin ask worryingly.

"This sword is Inuyasha's. Inuyasha is a friend of my cousin. I can't always be on Jaken's side" I said. 

We flew out of range from the attack while I attempt to call Sango but then see Inuyasha running towards Jaken, along with Kagome, Miroku and Shippo.

"A-Un, head back and Rin, grab Jaken when you see a chance" I said and A-Un fly us back down. 

"Inuyasha! Catch!" I yelled and threw his Tetsusaiga which he catches it.

"Oi Yoru! What's the meaning of this?!" Inuyasha yells.

"I apologize for the baka imp's actions!" I yelled and after Jaken got onto A-Un, we flew away.

"Why did you return Rin?" Jaken questions with a glare.

"Well, I was worried about you" says Rin and I sighed. 

Rin is still an innocent child. I glare at Jaken while cracking my knuckles and I punch him.

"Ouch..." 

"Learn your lesson Jaken!" I said sternly.

Later, we landed an a field of fruits and while Jaken was still sulking, I accompanied Rin to search for a nice fruit. 

"Ah! This is sweet!" Rin exclaims while giving me a bite.

"You're right!" I said. 

Just then, a gust of wind came and my eyes widen when it turned out to be Kagura. I got into defensive in front of Rin. I have to protect her.

"Kagura, what  are you doing here?!" I ask. 

"Hmph, Sesshomaru can be so careless. Taking his eyes off hs ward" says Kagura as she swings her fan to create a huge gust of wind. 

It blew Jaken off the ground while I held Rin close to me. Such a strong wind... Suddenly I got knocked out and I fell unconscious only I felt to be taken awya by Kagura. 

Sesshomaru... Save us...

I woke up to find myself in a hut. I then immediately turn to Rin who is still unconscious.

"Rin, Rin wake up" I said.

RIn stirrs and eventually woke up.

"Yoru-sama..." She mumbled.

"You feeling alright?" I ask.

"Y-Yeah, who's there?" Rin ask and Rin stands behind me.

I turn behind to see a young boy who seems to be older than Rin. Who is he?

"Who're you?" I ask.

"Don't go outside!" He suddenly says.

I turn to see Rin opening the door but she closes it and I go to her side to see her shaking. I then open the door and see many demons out there.

"If you go out they would eat you" says the boy.

"Speak, who are you?" I ask.

"I'm Kohaku" He simply says.

"Kohaku... Why are you working for Naraku?" I question him but he simply states that he doesn't remember.

Though, the name Kohaku reminds me of someone... Ah! Wasn't he Sango's younger brother? Kagome had told me about him, that means Naraku must be controlling him with the Sacred Jewel fragment. 

"Yoru-sama, shall we eat some melon?" Rin suddenly ask which made me sweatdrop.

I'm surprise that despite being captured by Kagura, Rin didn't let go of that melon. Kind of funny actually. I nodded and Kohaku simply offered to cut it open with his weapon and we started to eat the melon though I am still keeping my guard up.
