I know, I know, I hate authors notes too but I just wanted to say sorry for not posting, I'm just a lazy bum okay? Also, wow Geez The Master regenerated into a girl! I totally called that. Maybe I'm psychic..

"I swear to god it's like I have to babysit anyone who walks in here" The Doctor muttered while walking towards Jack, who was fuming. He rolled down his sleeve, took Jack's hand in his, and lead him to his own bedroom.

"It's nearly.." The Doctor looked down at the watch on his wrist "Two in the morning, Jack. Go to sleep."

"No. Not unless you stay with me." The Doctor rolled his eyes but curled up next to Jack, with the intention to leave as soon as he knew Jack was asleep, but ended up sleeping the whole night surounded in his companions embrace.

The next morning

The Doctor awoke with the familiar smell of Jack's cologne, he rolled and felt a sharp pain in his neck. He groaned and checked the time, 9:45 A.M. The Doctor looked over and saw Jack, still soundly sleeping. He got up and went to the kitchen to make tea, bumping into Ianto on the way.

"Oh,good morning!" Ianto chirped happily

"Morning" The Doctor yawned, rubbing the aching spot on the back of his neck.
"Ianto, right?"

"Yes, sir"

"Don't call me sir. I hate being called sir." One of the many things that bothered The Doctor about Jack's crew: They always acted like soldiers. Or policemen maybe. Either way, he hated it.

"Oh, um, well, I was just wondering where Jack was? We aren't at HQ but there is still paperwork to be done!" Ianto said with a curt but slightly awkward laugh at the end.

The Doctor yawned again. He really did need to start sleeping more, he thought. Oh well.
"He's in his room, sleeping. Just start walking, the Tardis will make sure you make it there in one piece, right?" The Tardis hummed happily in response and began setting a simple route to Jack's room.

The Doctor stretched and reached the kitchen in no time, preparing an extra cup of tea just in case.

Hey sorry this is so bad but I tried fixing some of the grammatical errors, and I'll try to update again soon, urgh.
