He's gonna do it. He's gonna jump. Well, do you blame him? He found out that the person he's idolized for most of his life, would never support him. He was no hero. Heroes care, heroes are kind, heroes believe. But most of all, heroes aren't fake.
As Izuku Midoriya stood on the other side of the railing at the top of his school roof, he thought about his life up until this point. He was not productive, nor useful. Maybe everybody was right, he could never be a hero... Not in this lifetime.
His shoes were neatly placed behind him, as manners, I suppose. He might have been committing suicide, but he wasn't about to be rude about it! At least, in the last moments of his life, he would be dignified...
He looked down at the far away ground. He closed his eyes and turned around. He raised his head to the sky and whispered, "Goodbye, cruel world."
