Preface ~ Welcome

Welcome, friends! This is Kimmi's University, the only place you'll ever need to learn about literally everything. This is just an... Introduction of sorts, but I hope you'll stay for a while. Of course, you'll learn all sorts of things. Uhh, minus taxes; I haven't quite figured those out yet. When I do though, I'll inform you -- Maybe. Let's be honest though, nobody wants me to teach them any sort of important information. Unless... Nah --

So, friend, have you ever wondered what it's like to have me, Okimmi, as a professor? Well, if you have, you're pretty weird; but that's alright. Here, we're all a little mad -- Always going on about unicorns and swiss cheese, and -- Oh -- Yes, back to what I was saying. If you've wondered what it's like to have me as a professor, then you must be one of my friends or followers. Of course, that's magnificent. So, thank you for taking the time to read this. I mean, it's quarantine 2020, so what else are you going to do? Haha -- Quarantine... We're getting closer and closer to normal everyday though. Let's keep ourselves healthy! Wash your hands, people!

Note // You should be washing your hands, regardless of this quarantine. If you don't wash your hands before eating and after you use the restroom, now would be a good time to develop that habit.

Well, you'll know more soon. For now though, I think we should talk about enrollment. Nah, I'm just kidding; all of you are welcome to read this and learn with me. Learning is the best, especially when it's with me, friend! I do, however, have a couple of "Rules," that I think I should go over.

Rule #1 : Be nice to Professor Kimmi. She tries really hard to produce new content and lessons; but sometimes, she forgets about things, gets too busy, or is totally burned out. So, be kind, regardless of your professor's current condition or upload schedule.

Rule #2 : Don't judge me. This is going to be more stupid than educational, but I'm going to try to be both. Most of the parts I have prepared are only about 500-1000 words long. Basically, they're really short. I'm not very constant when it comes to chapter lengths.

Rule #3 : Sometimes, I might put notes in the middle of the actual story part. If I do leave notes, I will put them in Bold and/or in (parentheses.) You can ignore my... Rather interesting rambling, but you might miss some of my interesting personality; or even better, you might learn something about me!

Rule #4 : Please leave a nice comment or comments suggesting topics for later lessons! I have a few of these so-called lessons planned out and written already, but I don't have that many. Plus, I would love the creative input from you!

Okay, so those last two things aren't really "rules" per-se, but more like friendly suggestions. I have a few more notes and things to say, then we'll be all done here and ready to start learning!

My last words, other than my always-present endnote, before I sign off to begin writing : Listen to 8 Graves. They're amazing, and I've been mooing obsessed with them. "Smile" is probably my favorite song, but "Bury Me Low" is great as well. Actually, it doesn't matter which song you listen to; they're all pretty amazing. Trust me -- You'll love it. I think the first song I listened to was "Bones." Please give them a listen; you won't regret it!
