Wesley's Mom in mm

My alarm rung, waking me from my sleep. I got up with a groan before turning it off. I rubbed my eyes with a yawn. "It's too early." I mumbled.

I went to get up, moving the covers from my body, but my phone erupted again. I let out a annoyed whine. "Hello?" I yawned into the phone.

"Hi, dear." My mom said, making me smile with her cheerful voice. "Are you woke yet, sweetheart?"

"Yes, mom." I got up from bed with a stretch. "I'm up." I started to head into my bathroom. "That's good sweetie. I'll call again after school."

I nodded. "Love you, mom." I heard her sniff through the phone. "Love you too, dear." The dial tone let me know she hung up.

I sighed before picking up my toothbrush.

After finishing my hygiene routine, I headed back into my room. I went straight to my closet.

I ran my fingers through the lines of clothes. It's just the first day of junior year. I need something presentable but not to flashy.

I stopped as I reached my favorite pink sweater. Tears pricked my eyes and I immediately pushed the shirt to the side. Definitely not pink.

I pressed my hands to my cheeks, still thinking of what to wear. I looked around the spacious closet until my eyes raked over a yellow hoodie.

I smiled softly as I picked it up. Me and Bryan had matching ones. We got them at a mall. It shouldn't be that big of a deal but it's helped me through a lot.

Now for the pants. I grinned as I picked up some black shorts. A little bright and a little emo. Perfect.

I squealed with excitement and grabbed my favorite vans. I skipped back into my room. I changed into the outfit quickly.

I rushed to the mirror above my dresser to fix my hair

I rushed to the mirror above my dresser to fix my hair. I got carried away pretty soon, making funny faces and posing.

My phone dinged multiple times and snapped me out of it. I picked it up from my bed. It was Bryan. I blushed as I read the texts. He was so cute.

I cursed under my breath. I hurried to grab my house keys and my bookbag. I left my room, running down the steps.

I made sure to grab an apple before heading for the front door. When I opened it, Bryan was sitting outside in his grandfather's old car.

I locked the door and headed over. "You know I could get mom to get you a new car, right?" I giggled as I got in the vehicle. He rolled his eyes at me, starting the car.

"I don't need you're parents money." He patted the dashboard. "This baby's just fine." I shook my head at him and bite my apple.

"Can you believe we're juniors?" He said with so much excitement. I shrugged in return, taking another bite. "School is school." I mumbled.

"Well, you look nice." He grinned, eyes still on the road. I blushed and looked down. "I'm glad we had the same idea."

I looked at what he was wearing and he was right. He matched the hoodie with a pair of black joggers and vans too. I squealed, covering my mouth with my hands.

He chuckled at my reaction. "You have such a pretty face, why hide it?" We were at a stop light and he took the time to move my hands from my face. If anything the action made me blush more.

He always flirted with me like this. Ever since were little. He wouldn't be afraid to kiss my cheek or hold my hand. The sad part is that he still gets the same reactions.

"West." He spoke up. "West, c'mon. We're here." I sat up at his words and went to look out the window. He was right. The school was right outside waiting for me to start my first day.

I mentally sighed before exiting the car. "I can't do lunch today, West." He said, getting out the car. "But I should make it after school."

I shook my head. "It's fine. I have a thing after school anyway." I mumbled. He looked hesitate to say anything else, but the bell rung.

He cursed under his breath. "I'll see you later." He said before jogging into the school. I felt a pout come on my face as I watched him run into the building. He usually walks me to class just because. It felt lonely without him.

I redundantly carried myself to first period. Luckily, it was my home economics class. I heard there's a lot of baking, which I love.

There were a fair amount of people in the class when I entered. I went to chose a seat in the middle next to some girl. She was adorable, her sense of style needed a little touching up on though.

"Hi," I greeted with a smile. "I'm Westley." She looked at me for a moment before continuing to doodle in her journal. "Mira." She said softly.

"That is such a cute name." I gave her another smile but she didn't look up. She just humbled in reply. I mentally sighed. This was going to be a long day.
