The truth

Louisa's p.o.v

"Hey guys, are you coming with me??" Mikey asks, so I nod "yeps, I'll be both the muscle and the director" Baxter raises an eyebrow at that. I grab out my t-phone and start recording, so they smile and we head into the forest. With my t-phone I record landmarks and I try to remember where I was going, but lost track in my head. Mrs O'Neil's face got my attention, so I faced the camera at her as she looks like she's part Kraang. Baxter would've screamed if Mikey didn't put his hand over his mouth, so I put my finger to my lips.

We all hid a bit so she wouldn't see us as Mikey quietly says "sweet mother of mutagen" I smirk while looking at Baxter who looks like he's terrified. "Look who was right" I whisper quietly to him as we decided to keep on following the thing. Right at this point though we started following so quietly and closely my powers started going off. Mikey puts his hand on my shoulder "you got the proof, let me deal with that thing." I shake my head "Mikey, we're in this together, I'm not leaving you" Mikey sighs and looks at Baxter.

They share a look and nod once, Baxter grabs my wrist and starts pulling me, my eyes widen as I try to escape his grip, but when we were out of earshot... I let him have it. "Baxter, what are you doing?! We can't leave Mikey alone!" I say as I continue to struggle. Baxter shakes his head and says "we have to warn the others before it's too late, Louisa. Look me in the eyes and tell me I'm wrong" he made me face him, the look in his eyes were serious. I sigh and say "I know you're right, but leaving Mikey for me is like leaving a younger sibling alone in a store."

A shiver goes down my spine making me gasp "Baxter.... we're not alone" I say as I look around for anyone, Baxter tensed up quickly. "This isn't how I thought I'd go.... Louisa, I don't want to die a lonely nerd who hasn't kissed anyone." I roll my eyes playfully saying "you're not going down like this, we're going to live Baxter. Trust me..... because this beast doesn't know what I'm capable of" I say and grab his hands. I start skating backwards with my ice as I pull Baxter on my ice too, making sure he stays upright.

"Louisaaa! I don't know how to skate!" Baxter yells as I continue to skate, so I smile and laugh a little "just let the ice go under your feet. I'm doing all the work!" I say as I continue to go, seeing a weirdly smiling Mikey running after us. My eyes widen, so I just grab Baxter and try to stay on my feet as I get him on my back quickly. He's kind of heavy, but it's kind of a good thing that he's a nerd, he's like a large toothpick. "Louisa, when did you get this strong?!" Baxter asks scared as I continue to skate, but better since I'm only skating on my own two feet.

I get out three words as I'm skating "I don't know" then I turn around as I skate backwards, my powers begin acting up as I see smiling Mikey catching up. Baxter gasps as he looks at this, so I use my scream powers to make smiling Mikey fly back. It works as we get a good enough distance away "there, we're good for now, Baxter. Let's go warn the others" I say and we finally see the house in the distance, but I try to remember who's next. When we're on the porch I set Baxter down saying "you go try to warn Casey and Raph, I'll try to warn Donnie."

Baxter nods saying "right - wait, why do I have to warn the strong people??" I roll my eyes playfully and say "I just want to warn Donnie. Now stop complaining and go!" We go our different ways, so I ask April where Donnie could be. She told me to go to the Kraang ship under the house, so I feel a shiver go down my spine. My eyes widen as I see smiling Mikey while looking at me in the eyes, I feel fear building in me. I slowly walk towards the trap door, but once I'm out of the things sight I run down the stairs to Donnie.

"Donnie, I swear - I should've told you, but I went into the forest with Mikey and Baxter, a-and we figured out that Mrs O'Neil isn't who she says she is." Donnie turns around to look at me with wide eyes "what?! You went into the forest!?" He asks me. I nod my head "yeah, just keep working on seeing who, or what, she is, I'll block the entrance. Okay?" I say as I make unbreakable ice at the entrance to the door, so Donnie nods. Once I blocked the door I see Mikey with weird tentacles on his shell, I scream and fall back.

My powers start randomly shooting ice again, so I crawl back on my butt towards Donnie, which scared him, but my powers start to calm down. "Donnie, hurry up!" I say loudly, he looks at the computer saying "I'm working as fast as I can. This is difficult when I hear you freaking out!" I stand up saying "sorry, but this is a freaky image." He ignored that comment and continued to look at the stuff on his laptop, so I look back at the door. "Wait.... where'd she go??" I ask as I continue to look at the door, but Donnie laughs a little.

"I got it-" right when he said that my powers started to fluke on me again as the thing broke through the wall, we scream as we try to avoid her. "Donnie, go warn the others! I'll handle this.... thing" I say and try to calm down my powers. He shook his head though "no! I'm not leaving you-" "Donnie, go, I don't want you to get hurt. Also, I don't want you to see me if whatever this thing is gets to me" I interrupt and breathe in and out. I let my vision go ocean blue as I glare at the beast, Donnie finally ran upstairs, so I say "you lost."
