Beginning

Nico was missing.

He hadn't been seen all day and the gang was starting to get worried. They all met up and shared their anguish before deciding to go and talk to Chiron. Hopefully he would give them some good advice or information. It wasn't abnormal for Nico to just go disappearing sometimes when things got too much and they knew that, but they just wanted to be sure that he was OK.

Quickly, they crossed the field to the Big House and strode up the steps onto the porch. There, Chiron and Dionysus were sitting and talking, Mr.D with a soda in his hand.

"Uhh, it's you kids. What did you do now?" Mr.D asked with an annoyed expression.

"We've done nothing, actually." said Piper.

"Yeah, chill out dude." Leo agreed.

They were a little offended but not surprised at the God's answer. He wasn't fond of many demigods after all. However, there was one demigod he was on decent terms with.

"What is the matter, children?" asked Chiron in a fatherly voice.

"We're worried about Nico. We haven't seen him all day!" Percy began.

"Really?" asked Mr.D who sat up in his chair now intrigued.

"Yeah, we know it's normal for him to disappear by himself sometimes but he hasn't done that in weeks and we're worried. Do you think he's okay? Do you know where he is?" Will rushed out, looking worried for his boyfriend.

Yes, you heard that right.

One evening at the campfire, Will worked up the courage to ask out Nico. Nico only smiled and questioned Will.

"You think it's gonna be that easy? Try a little harder."

Well, Will was elated he had an opportunity and was motivated to show Nico how much he meant to him. So, along with the rest of the gang, he planned events to show how much he loved him. And they were great!

First, whenever Nico walked around the camp Will would appear out of nowhere and start singing to him. It made Nico blush which in turn made Will grin and sing even louder. By the end of the week, all of the campers knew of Will's feelings and watched him serenade Nico with smiles.

They would be a cute couple.

Let's just say Nico was not happy... on the outside at least. He secretly found it adorable that Will was trying his best, but he had to keep his cold demeanour and not give in too quickly. He could not make himself look all blushed and mushy and lovesick in front of everybody because he had a reputation to uphold.

On Sunday evening at the campfire Nico set a small group of skeletons on Will and they chased him around for hours. He laughed so much, on the inside of course...
