Stare in the foggy mirror in front of you
Let the hot shower be their words
Is it worth it?
Count your calories
Order sizes too small in hopes one day you'll shrink
Let your eyes burn from staring at the numbers
Order a salad, just a water is fine
Remember that each forkful you shove into your mouth is another sit-up
Is it worth it?
Tell them you're too tired to go out
Change your hair as if you're someone new
Erase who you were because that person was big
Suck in, stick out
Show off, but not too much
Here I'll give you the shackles,
Tighten them on your wrists until they're bruised,
Until they bleed,
Smile for the camera, aren't you happy?
Wasn't it worth it?
