I'm really sorry, I just wasn't as into this story as I was before, but I'm feeling like I really need too, and inspiration has finally happened, so I'll be updating a lot!
Mr. Curtis' POV:
I smiled at the ducks we had shot, we had all done a good job. Sodapop and Ponyboy had spent most of their time messing around, but even so, it was a fun time.
By the time we got home they were arguing about how they should cook them, or even if they wanted to.
I laughed, "Pony, it's ok if you don't wanna eat them, but we take the bullets out, okay kiddo?"
He nodded his auburn head, bouncing in his seat. Soda giggled. Darry looked out the window, trying to act mature I could tell. I sighed as traffic increased and rolled down the window to get some air while we waited.

Sodapop's POV:
I eagerly ran towards the park, running in the evening air. We'd gotten home a couple of hours earlier, and it'd been a long ride, so Mom had let us go to the park even though it was late.
Darry held Ponyboy's hand as they walked behind us. I could hear their chattering.
I looked ahead when we got closer to the park and grinned. A few people were scattered around, maybe I could play football or something with them.
I went over to them, forgetting about Darry and Ponyboy.Darry's POV:
I sat down on a bench, releasing Ponyboy's hand. "Go play, but don't go far away, okay?" He nodded before running off. I smiled, stretching my legs and yawning. I closed my eyes against the setting sun and fell into an easy sleep.
Ponyboy's POV:
I ran off to play in the sandbox. I was getting a bit too old for the park I thought, but everyone else didn't seem too. Besides, I liked it.
I dug into the grainy sand, sifting it around. I dusted the dust from my hands before looking behind me at a tall, older looking boy. I smiled sheepishly.
He laughed, "Sand deep or what?" He laughed like it was the funniest thing in the world. I stared at him blankly, I really didn't know what this guy thought was funny.
He sat down, grinning, "You wanna know something? This sand is so old, your grandma probably peed in it!" He broke down in laughter. I looked over for Soda and Darry. Soda caught my eye and motioned for me to come to him.
"Um, sorry, I have to go." He was still laughing so hard he didn't seem to notice, so I ran over to Soda.
I tried to explain to Soda, but I didn't know how. Anyways, he was kinda funny. I kept giggling until Darry threatened to give me something to laugh about.
I looked back, and he must have left, but so had a pile of sand too. I made a face and hurried to catch up to Soda.
Two-Bit honestly just snuck in there, and sorry, I know that was horrible, but yeah. Merry Christmas!
