A/N This chapter will be talking about sexual harassment and sexual harassment lawsuits. So this will be triggering for those who have dealt with sexual assault or sexual harassment. I am sorry if this chapter is triggering for you.

Liam was woken up by a loud ringing and slowly opened his eyes as he rolled onto his side and grabbed his phone. It was his lawyer calling this early in the morning. He sat up and stretched his arms above his head to see Destiny was still asleep.

Months have went by since that miscarriage, and both of them have been working through this depressing time. They came out stronger in the end and are much happier now. They just focusing on their relationship, their careers, and Bear.

He answered the call in a tired morning voice, "Hello?"

"Mr. Payne. I have some bad news." The lawyer answered.

Liam yawned softly and asked, "This couldn't wait for a few more hours."

"No. Ms. Cole is suing you for sexual harassment in the office."

Liam jumped out of bed and exclaimed, startling his young girlfriend in the process, "What!"

Destiny slowly rubbed the sleep out of her eyes, confused on what was going on at the moment while she quietly asked, "What's going on, babe?"

He ignored the woman and asked, "What do you mean Cheryl is suing me for sexual harassment."

"In the lawsuits, she says that you forced yourself on her and kissed her after she told you no as well touch her inappropriately."

The tech CEO immediately ran his hand through his hair in pure frustration and yelled, "That is all a fucking lie. She is the one that came onto me! She is the one who kissed me!"

Destiny was now really confused when she heard Liam talking about a woman forcing herself onto her. And from the looks of it, it had to be true. Didn't it? She lifted the expensive covers up and climbed out of bed, slipping her feet into her slippers and putting her blush pink silk robe on as she watched her older boyfriend pace back and forth in front of their king sized bed.

Maybe she just watch some news and let him figure out what was going with his business. She grabbed the remote and turned the TV that was drilled into the wall above the white marble fireplace. She gasped loudly and dropped the remote, covering her mouth with her hands in the process to see Liam's picture on the Telly's screen. Her mum breaking the news that Liam is being sued for sexual harassment by some older woman.

Liam looked up to see his picture and Mrs. Harrison breaking the new to the entire Great Britain on this sexual harassment lawsuit against him as he hissed into his phone, "Get my publicist on the phone now!"

He hung up on his lawyer before the lawyer could tell him that he was going to get his back publicist on the phone. He walked over to the fireplace and turned the Telly off as he sat down in the beige leather chair and sighed angrily before he locked eyes with his girlfriend. He didn't know if she believed that he did it or he didn't do it.

Destiny looked over at him and asked, "Did you do it?"

He was immediately hurt when she asked that and yelled, "You don't believe me!"

She quickly shook her head and took his hands in hers after standing up and in front of him while she gently explained, "I am just trying to figure out what is going on. Please tell me what happened."

He sighed softly and calmed himself down while he told her how everything went down in his office after they had that argument. He told her that Cheryl was the one who forced herself on him and kissed him when he tried to get her to leave his office. He smiled a little when Destiny sat down on his lap and wrapped his arms around her waist while he explained to her that he didn't do anything wrong.

Destiny could see the hurt and anger in his eyes and gently  stroked his cheek as she rested her forehead against his and whispered, "I believe you."

Liam smiled softly and pecked her lips softly, slowly running his fingers through her hair and whispering, "Thank you."

She hugged him, knowing he might need a hug right now as she quietly said, "I'm going to be by your side through this entire thing. I promise."
