Ezra flung a hand towards Cyana, pinning her in place. "You won't touch her," he growled. He stumbled to his feet, forcing all of his energy towards Cyana. She pressed forward another step. "Ro," Ezra said through gritted teeth.

Ro drew her nose away from Ania. Cyana managed to gain a few more steps. Ahsoka grabbed Ania's arms and pulled her back further. Ezra dropped his arm and Cyana fell free. Kit slammed his shoulder into her.

She stumbled to the side but quickly recovered herself. "Get away from her," Kit snapped.

"You would defend her, even after all she did? Even after what she did to me?" Cyana's hand was dangerously close to one of her blasters.

Kit hesitated, glancing back at Ezra. "What is she talking about?"

"Ignore her. We can take her together," Ezra replied.

"He doesn't know?" Cyana shot Ezra an amused look. "Fascinating. And what all do you know?"

"Enough to know that you're wrong," he sneered.

Cyana threw her back and laughed. "That's a good one. I take it she never talked about me or Kein Rei, then."

"Ezra," Kit's voice was warning. Cyana didn't wait any longer. She lunged towards them, blasters firing.

Ania sat up, her head throbbing. Ahsoka was instantly beside her. "What happened?" She groaned.

"A lot," Ahsoka replied.

A blaster fired close by, instantly drawing Ania's attention. "What was that?" She peered past Ezra and Kit's blurry forms. Vinn was there too, throwing himself onto someone. "Cyana!" She realized. She staggered to her feet.

"No, you can't push yourself right now," Ahsoka said.

Ania ignored her mother and forced herself to stand straight. "Cy! Leave them alone." The fighting broke off at the sound of her voice. "Your quarrel is with me."

"And so it is," Cyana replied. "Call off your little pets and lets settle this like we were supposed to years ago."

"Ania," Ezra tugged at the bond faintly. She answered it, but didn't meet his gaze.

"Stand down," she waved a hand towards Kit and Ezra. "I'll handle this."

"Are you kidding? After what just happened, we can't let you do that," Kit argued.

"Why do you always choose the most annoying company?" Cyana groaned. "Although," she moved closer to Kit, flicking his chin with her finger, "I have to admit that you do know how to choose handsome company. Maybe I'll keep this one for myself."

Kit bared his teeth in a snarl, yanking his face away from her. "Leave him alone, Cy," Ania ordered. "Ezra, Kit, Vinn, get over here."

Kit and Ezra exchanged a look but obeyed. Vinn followed behind them. "Are you sure about this?" Ezra whispered.

"Just trust me." She glanced between the two of them, then looked back at Ahsoka. "All right, Cyana. Let's settle this." She approached the bounty hunter.

Cyana smirked, drawing her plasma blade. "You have no idea how long I've been waiting for this." In a flash, Cyana had a plasma blade angled towards Ania's face. Ania whipped up her shoto, blocking the attack and pushing Cyana away.

"I though you'd be over that by now. After all, didn't that help reveal Kein Rei's real intentions towards you?" Ania taunted.

Cyana's brown eyes hardened. "Trust me, he'll get what he deserves, right after you!" Ania ducked beneath her next attack, ignoring the pain in her forehead. She cast her senses outside of the Temple. There was no sign of Rex's ship yet.
