if I hadn't checked my Spanish homework's website to see if there was any work done soon, I would have gotten a late assignment.

some gender neutral names sound like they belong to one gender more than the other. examples:
Charlie (guy)
Jess(i)e (girl)
Max (guy)
Alex (guy)
Francis (guy)
Alexis (guy)
etc.

I don't know what to write, my bad.
