Outside Mystic Falls

In a secluded area, an SUV pulls off to the side of the road to meet with another car. A man gets out of the car and goes over to the man in the SUV. The man in the SUV is wearing a cap and sunglasses his name is Trevor. "Where is she?" Trevor asks.

"In the trunk, I did exactly what you said." The other man says.

"Good, put her in the back." He says and unlocks the SUV.

The man walks back to his car and opens the trunk picking Elena up, she's still unconscious as the man walks back to Trevor's car. He puts her in the back seat and then goes back to Trevor. "Thank you for your help." He says.

"Is there anything else?" The man asks him.

"One more thing. Come closer, please." As the man steps closer Trevor grabs him and bites him, when finished he pulls back and shoves the body to the ground driving off.

Skylar wakes up the next morning and sits up in her bed. She looks across the room to see Damon rummaging through her things. "What are you doing?" She asks.

Damon doesn't even turn to look at her he continues to go through her belongings. "I know you have a secret stash of blood in here somewhere." He mumbles.

"Damon. There is no blood in here." She says as she stands and stretches. "Did you check the basement cooler?" She asks as a  yawn escapes her. She walks over to her closet and looks through it pulling out an outfit for the day.

Putting the sweater and high waisted mom jeans on the bed she sighs and crosses her arms turning back to Damon. "Please leave." She says.

Damon throws his hands in the air and finally looks at her, "we're out of blood and all that we have left it that nasty stuff Stefan drinks." He exclaims.

"You mean animal blood?" She questions and points to the door, "just get out. I'll run to the hospital and get some more. Or maybe I'll bring you a sorority girl." She says and a smile appears on his face.

"Thats my favorite sister." He says and claps his hands walking to the door.

Skylar frowns and looks after him as he leaves her room, "and your only sister!" She yells after him.

As Skylar finishes getting ready Stefan walks into her room and she groans, "have we ever heard of knocking in this family." She says and Stefan gives her a weird look. "Sorry." She says and turns to him as she grabs her bag.

Stefan looks at her and she feels sad, confused, and hurt but those aren't her feelings. "Are you okay?" She questions and walks over to him as she sets her bag on her shoulder.

Stefan sighs and shakes his head, "its just Elena. Last night I thought that after we got rid of Katherine. We would go back to normal." He starts, "but she..." he stops and just sighs looking down rubbing his head.

Skylar squeezes his shoulder and sighs, "You guys will be okay. She just needs time. You did kind of blow into her life and screw it up, so...she deserves a few days to herself." Skylar says. "Now, I'm heading to the hospital to get a blood supply and then I'll see you at school. She says that last part more of a question.

Stefan nods his head and then pushes himself to a standing position and they walk out of the room together.

In her room Caroline stands in front of the mirror as she put her earring in, Damon was behind her as she explained what happened last night with Sarah. "So Sarah attacks Tyler and he pushed her away and she tripped and she fell and she hit her head." She says looking at him in the mirror.
