Vanessa woke up to boys yelling and laughing. She rolled her eyes wishing she relocated to a different room. Everday they were either arguing, fighting, yelling or running down the hallways for no reason. She bathed and got dressed. She wore a black crop that said fuck you in bold letters. She then wore blue ripped jeans and slicked her hair into a bun. She grabbed her bag and phone and made her way to English.
Vanessa pushed past the rowdy boys rolling her eyes. She made her way into the class making her way to the back row. She was going to sit in her until she saw Jamell sitting in it. She rolled her eyes and sat in the seat next to him. Vanessa went on her phone texting Kayla about Jamell being in her seat. He looked at her angry text messages and laughed. She looked at him in confusion.
''You sound like a windex bottle''
Vanessa said causing a mug from Jamell. She chuckled and pretended to write notes in her book. Jamell shook his head and gave her his book so she could the notes down. She thanked him and gave him his book back. The bell rung making Vanessa pack her things and go to the next lesson. Jamell followed behind her as they had the same class. Vanessa turned around mugging him.
''What's yo number?''

Vanessa replied causing Jamell to mug her. She laughed and walked in the class. It was Maths and they both hated it as they didn't understand a thing. The two sat in the back and went on their phones. Vanessa put hers away attempting to stay focused but it didn't work. She felt sleepy and thought the pie chart was food. Jamell looked at her and busted out laughing making everyone look at him.
''What??!!''
He said making them turn around. Vanessa laughed and tried to focus again but it still didn't work.
She went to her normal lunch table with Kayla, Kira and Ariella. She sat down spilling the tea about her befriending Jamell. Kayla nearly choked on her drink when she heard his name. They looked at her and laughed.
''I heard he punched a security guard''
''I heard he beat someone up so bad they had to go to a nearby hospital''
''Look, you've find your soulmate''
Kayla said laughing earing a glare from Vanessa. All of a sudden, Kira felt Jordan tap her shoulders. She turned around and smiled and invited him to sit at the table with them. He said ok and was stealing Kira's fries while she was talking to Arielle. She turned around smacking his hand and throw the empty box at him. He laughed saying at least she still had a burger.
Kayla and Vanessa laughed when Jamell tap Vanessa's shoulder causing her to stop. She smiled and allowed him to sit with them. While she was talking to Kayla, Jamell kept playing with her hair. Vanessa kept moving her head so he would stop but that didn't work. She turned around and mugged him waiting for him to take his hand out of her hair. He frowned and she rolled her eyes allowing him to continue playing with her hair.
Arielle fet left out as she didn't find a boy best friend yet. Even Kayla's anti-scocial ass has one.
''Look, I braided your hair!''
Jamell said in exciement causing Jordan and Kayla to laugh. Vanessa turned around and rolled her eyes while laughing.
Vanessa stared at the board not having a single clue about what the teacher was talking about.
Jamell was also sitting there trying to comprehend what was on the board. They looked at each other and looked back at the board. They face palmed and copied what ever they saw on the board. Jamell started throwing rubbers at Vanessa out of boredom.
Vanessa mugged him and threw them back at him.
He acted fake hurt and put them back in his pencil case. She chuckled and went back on her on her phone. Vanessa didn't understand a single thing about Physics. All the equations messed with her brain.
