I gasp opening my eyes before getting up, I looked around and I could feel myself coming back to reality. I took a deep breathe in as lay my head on the wall behind me, trying not to shake the voice out of my head. I hear a faint groan making me look to see Kie still peacefully sleeping beside me, I waited a second to see if she was going to wake but she stayed asleep.

I pursed my lips as I slowly got out of the bed making sure not to move too much, once I got out of bed I moved to pick up my shorts, putting them on then leaving the room closing the door making sure I wasn't too loud.

I walked out of the hall to the main area looking to see the clock on the wall saying it was 5 making me purse my lips. I probably only got a few hours of sleep, thinking that if I was drunk I'd pass out for longer. I hear snoring making me walk over seeing Pope laying on the couch with no blanket, I covered him then walking outside.

I see it was filtered with all beer cans so I got to work picking them up, throwing it into any empty carton. I walked off the porch to where we were all last night, cleaning it up a bit more before putting the box down.

I see the sun coming over the horizon making me take a seat on the ground, biting the inside of my lip as I brought my hand up to my chest feeling the ring on my necklace. Images of my brother filtered back into my head making me sigh.

"Are you secretly a vampire?" I hear making me snap out of my thoughts to see John B standing beside me, I chuckled looking at him.

"Yeah, I made Edward turn me. I thirst for your blood." I said wiggling my fingers making him laugh as he takes a seat next to me.

"Are you okay?" John B asked and I furrowed my eyebrows, "You bite the inside of your lip when you're anxious and you play with your necklace." I looked to see I was doing exactly that making me let go of my lip as I dropped the necklace.

"I do not do any of that."

"Rory..."

"I'm fine JB." I said shrugging my shoulders and he gives me a look, "I am. Why wouldn't I be?"

"I only ask because this is your first summer with us since everything happened. I just want to make sure you're okay."

"Well I can't sit around and be depressed anymore now can I?"

"No one would blame you if you did." John B says and he gives me a sad look making me purse my lips, "I know how hard it has been for you so we wouldn't blame you."

"I know you wouldn't." I said smiling at him lightly, "Plus, if you think about it this might be our last chance to do everything we wanted."

"What are you talking about? We don't graduate for like another year or so."

"Oh are you forgetting the plan where I go get rich and famous then come back to buy Figure Eight for myself?" I said gasping playfully making him laugh as he bumps my shoulder making me chuckle.

"You're going to go full Kook, huh?"

"No way. I just want the Kook's to work for me. Full circle."

"I can get behind that." John B says making me laugh, he offers me the beer in his hand making me chuckle.

"It's five somewhere." I said grabbing it taking a swig of it, if I was going to work low on energy I may as well be somewhat alive.

"So, is this a good time to bring up what you were talking about last night? You know being with a girl?" John B says making me laugh as I looked at him raising an eyebrow.

"Are you having trouble grasping a girl on girl relationship outside of Pornhub JB?" I said making him roll his eyes making me smirk.

"You know what I mean."
