"Well that was refreshing," Shigaraki claimed childishly as he walked out of a room filled with blood. "Dude, I think you're addicted to torturing people," Twice wiped on his coffee and said. "Good thing the room's soundproof," Dabi added.
"What's wrong with torture?" Toga entered the room and commented. "See? Toga gets it. Plus, she failed, it's her punishment. We sent her to kill that mage of Izuku's and she didn't even scratch him in the end!" Shigaraki shouted angrily.
"What drink would you like, Shigaraki?" The black mist known as Hurogiri asked, cleaning a cup meanwhile. "Anything would be fine."
"Are you sure that slave of yours could defeat Izuku? I mean, it didn't even leave a lasting scratch on their mage!?" Twice enthusiastically asked. "It will, but not yet. If it doesn't achieve or do what I ask, I'll just have to punish it whenever it fails until it succeeds."
'Brutal' They all thought.
Shigaraki: "Oh and don't give her water or food or let her move for at least 3 days, we don't waste food on trash."

Power Loader: "So do we have any way of directly combating this Izuku Midoriya dude?"
"Power? Check. Status? Check. IQ? Check. Secrecy? Check. Royal Followers? Check. This dude's got everything one needs to conquer the world!" Midnight stated sarcastically. "Your would-be right even without the sarcastic tone."

Nezu: "I have an idea, hear me ou-"
"Oi, guys! A live broadcast is being played all across Japan, even phones and personal electrical devices are getting a force-feed!" Present Mic exclaimed, holding up his vibrating phone upon which showed a warning sign and a live video screen.
Aizawa: "He has access to government-controlled emergency service options? How The Hell?"

Kirishima: "An emergency broadcast?"
Momo: "But they only do those if a national emergency happens!"
The black and red screen suddenly displayed a man in formal attire, standing in a pitch dark room with two others behind him. "You should all know me by now if you watch the news that is."
"My name is Izuku Midoriya, some know me by the name Green Shinigami, others call me The dark prince. Sorry to you all for the sudden intrusion, I only have a limited amount of time before the Kempentai Secret Intelligence Agency Cut the system so I'll get right to the case."
"This is a message to everyone out there who are discriminated against society purely based on quirks and if they have one. Do you have a quirk that's supposedly Useless, do you have a quirk that's too dangerous to be considered normal? Are you a target of abuse or Bullying just because you're quirkless?"
The last line stroke the hearts of nearly all 17% of the individuals in Japan who are currently Quirkless and facing the same treatment Midoriya had to go through, as many of them starts to eagerly listen to what he's got to say.
"Well fear not my fellow quirkless and 'useless quirk' users, because you are better than them. The treatment you were subjected to only made you stronger as an individual. To those who are quirkless, you are not alone! I myself used to be the exact same, a quirkless loser who dreamed to become a hero who was turned down by the very same person he admired, All Might himself. To those quirk fanatics who're looking for a person to blame this event on, maybe he could be of service. My study showed that quirkless users have a higher degree of concentration plus memory capacity than quirk users, so If anything, You Are The Superior! And to ones with apparently 'useless or dangerous' Quirks. Fear not, for I am here."
