I was curious about that little door, but I was very afraid that my curious mindset could get me in trouble, I have already gotten my father killed for using the basement, I don't know what else is gonna be happening, despite my loved ones dying, I can be dead meat anytime right now, so I could continue moving. The cold breeze hit me when I opened the door with a creak, it was an empty room, now that my eyes get used to the lighting of the room, my focus seems to improve, but that was not something to be so happy about, there was an empty chair in the middle with a hanging lightbulb on top, it was one of those that you could pull to switch on and off, I looked more around the room and I noticed handprints on the wooden walls in bright red, I was about to faint, especially about the fact that the paint was bright red, which of course, meant that the blood recently got there, the hanging lightbulb seems to flicker as I focus my eyes onto it, I didn't really dare stepping in the middle of the room, only beside the door Incase something happens.
'Yeah I should probably leave this place is sketchy-'
I was cut from my thoughts when I heard the lightbulb break into pieces, the room went fully dark, I could hear footsteps behind me, I would have ran, but I was paralyzed from fear.
I fainted.

I got woken up by the sound of the heart monitor, I was found by the cops, I don't really know how they tracked me down, but thankfully they did, I could feel my back sting, I tried to touch it but it was wrapped with bandages, I went back to sleep since I still barely had energy.
