Chapter 5

Jack,Tim,Lisa and Lou are all drinking coffee a week later just before Dinner on the Friday when they hear Amy's Rig pulling in near the Quonset hut.
Amy walks in and says Hi to everyone and gets a bottle of water and sits at the kitchen table.
Tim starts almost immediately,  "I don't like you out on the road by yourself Amy"
" Well that's something you'll have to accept Dad as I'm an adult now and you can't stop me, plus I'm getting fed up of you trying to control me ,Grampa too. "
"Well you need someone with you at all times". "And are you going to do  that Dad or you Grampa. I'm telling you for the last time if I cant expand then I travel to my clients and that's the end of it or I load up Spartan and I'm gone. "
Tim looks at Amy "And what about Ty,"
"Well he hasn't found the Balls to actually get in touch with me yet so it's his Loss. Excuse me I'm going for a Shower before Dinner."
Tim looks at Jack,Lisa then Lou " Am I missing something here, I thought those two were okay when I left."
"They were Dad, till Amy and I sneaked into the Barn to surprise Ty with the amount of her winnings,  I had the Video running  and when we walked in we were both stuck to the spot, Amy started crying and in front of us Ty had his Tongue down Blairs Throat, apparently she snuck back to the Ranch to get revenge on Amy for what Amy did to her earlier after she threw herself at Ty. Amy's given him till this Friday to decide what or who he wants but to be honest I think she's just a very angry girlfriend  and if he doesn't pull his finger out he's going to lose her as well as us."
"What, ,, what do you mean by  us  lose her, Lou.
"I think she's slowly packing up and When she's ready she'll just go. "
"Where is Ty, Loft, clinic, Attic bedroom, Trailer."
"I have No Idea where he is Dad. All I know at the moment is that all the photos of them together she had in her room are now in the Bin."
Lou shows Tim the Video and asks him if it looks like he's trying to push her away.
"I'd have to say that it looks like he's enjoying it too much Lou"
"That's what Amy said "
"I'm going to kill him". Then Tim walks out.

Amy's just about had it with everything and everyone.  Ty's not been in touch for nearly 2 weeks,  her Dad and Grampa are still trying to dictate to her what she can and can't do even though she is 19, almost 20 and is trying to run her own business,  her Grampa wont extend the Barn either.
Lou and Lisa keep trying to tell Jack and Tim that they are the main problem by trying to control her life and they will be the ones to drive her away.
Lisa walks in the kitchen and asks Lou if Amy's okay but Lou says she's been on her Laptop all day,  and she thinks Amy's up to something.
" Lisa,  I have this feeling that Amy's going to run, especially now she has a home on wheels."
"I hate to agree Lou but I dont know how much more that young woman can take off her dad and Jack, excluding Ty".
"I just wish they would realise she's grown up, I had a go at Grandpa when she was 15 and I told him, she works with Horses that could seriously harm her, she sorts out the Rota's for the Ranch hands and she is there Boss at 15 yrs old and he called her a child."

It was Thursday night at Dinner and they were all eating and talking till Tim turns up asking if there's enough food for him too.
He sits and fills his plate ,starts eating but noticed everyone was quiet.
"Okay , so what's the problem now, "
Amy pipes up which she doesn't normally do,  " Well we were talking Dad but as is usually the case, whatever were talking about you turn into a debate and then an argument so we feel better just Not talking"
Lou looks at Amy with a smile and a wink as if to say well done.
Amy looks out the corner of her eye and see's Tim going red in the Face.
Tim's looking at Amy then starts," So what's going on with you and Ty then , or have you decided that I was right and he is a Loser."
"Ty is Not a Loser, he's studying, Working and trying to fund his own way through University to become a dam good Vet"
"Pft, if you say so"
" You know I'm dam well fed up of you criticising everything Ty Does and trying to tell me what to do when you've only been back in my life 4 yrs, where were you for the other 10 yrs TIM." Amy gets up, slams her knife n fork down on the Table and walks off to her Room.
Lisa looks at Lou and she turns to her dad," If Amy Leaves after this,  it's on you Dad, she's had enough and you just pushed her closer to walking away".
Amy said to Lisa and her Grandpa she was going out to do night check , while there she put Spartan in the  back of her Trailer,  everything else was already packed with the exception of one small case in her room. She came back in kissed Jack and even Lisa goodnight and went to her room, making sure it was locked.
Lisa was a little disturbed that she got a kiss goodnight which could have been more of a goodbye. 
3 am and Amy comes out of her room quietly with her case which also had her Laptop and iPad in, goes out to her Truck, checks on Spartan then starts up her Truck , then types in her destination.
Lou comes in the kitchen as she can't sleep and see's all Amy's driving lights and her lights on her Rig disappearing up the Ranch Road,  she looks at the time 03.15am.
She stands at the sink tears running down her cheeks.  *Thanks Dad, you just had to push her over the edge*.
