Today's case was about a family found DOA. I knew this kind of case would be hard on Erin but Hailey just didn't show any emotion. And she was asking me why I'm distant. I think she is the distant one.
Erins p.o.v
This morning at work my friend Sarah comes to my desk to tell me that I needed to get to the hospital because Bunny was in a car accident with the twins. Right after she tells me this I run to my bosses office to tell him I have to go because my mother was in a car accident. He lets me go and tells me to keep them updated with information. As i'm driving to the hospital I pick up my phone and call the one person I thought I would not call in a long time. Hank Voight.

Just after we wrapped up the case which was pretty quick because we found the killer a block from the house I noticed that my phone was ringing without even looking at the caller ID I picked up.
*on the phone*

E:Hey Hank its Erin
I stood there frozen for a second. I thought Erin would not look back.
E:Hank you there
V:Ya i'm here I just thought you wouldn't call
E: Well Bunny got into a car accident with the twins
I was speechless. Erin had twins and didn't tell me.

I can't believe I told Hank I had kids. As I run into the hospital my phone buzzes but I ignore it. Hi, I'm looking for Barbra Fletcher and Alex and Camillie Halstead's rooms. Barbra Fletcher is in an emergency surgery and it looks like Alex and Camillie are in the Children's ward but are fine. Ok thanks as i'm walking up to the Children's ward I look at my phone and see a text from Sarah.

Gaa. I hear from Alex. A few hours later the doctor comes in to tell me how Bunnys surgery went. So Barbra is going to be fine but she needs to stay in the hospital for a week because the crash had a glass piece go to her stomach also it broke some ribs and a glass piece went in her chest and was close to her heart. Ok thanks doc. As for these little ones it looks like they can be discharged. Ok as the doctor goes to get the discharge papers I grab my belongings just as the doctor comes back in. After I signed the paper I took the twins and we went to go see Bunny. When we walk in there Bunny is awake and happy to see us. We have been talking to Bunny for about a few minutes before I noticed blood all over her gown then the machines started going off. HELP I need help in here. The next thing I know there are a bunch of doctors and nurses in the room.
