Importance of Communication

Communication. Is it important?

My opinion, yes, it is. Now you may be asking why? well there are many reasons.

Without communication you cant get anything done. At work, in a relationship, friendship, family relationship, neighbourhood, province, in politics, at schools (between teachers, students, and between students and teachers). Overall without communication our society cannot function.

Let me put it this way, imagine you weren't allowed to talk, write, or communicate in any way or form to anyone, what would happen? Would you be able to get your work done? Would you be able to make sure your loved ones were okay? If you were frustrated, how would you feel if you couldnt even rant to your best friend or significant other?

You see how important communication is now?

Communication is important everywhere in life. Such as in a work situation, it improves team building, productivity, growth of the business and increases innovation. Communication is also important in relationships – all kinds. Why? Communication can remove any doubts, creates honesty and trust, prevents quarrels and terrible fights. It makes your relationship stronger as you know you can trust and depend on that person; it also prevents everyone in that relationship making assumptions about something important or petty. As well as makes the relationship more open and less secretive.

Overall, yes, communication is important.
