Dream of Beans

As Lena slept for the first time since her fainting, she dreamt of her deepest desire: Branston beans. But it was hardly a dream, it was more of a vision. The beans, they showed her the future. Their future.

It was a perfect future, Lena: knighted, the one who began the revolution; because of Lena, everyone had tried Branston beans. Everyone loved them- who could resist them? Who would want to? The world was centred around the love for Branston beans, the very mention of any other bean brand would have people slaughtered. Anyone who worked in a bean factory was paid in the millions. 

The new leadership made many changes to Earth's landscape and culture that residents were extremely grateful for. Sea water was replaced with a large body of beans and tap-water was replaced by bean juices. Water was banned entirely, nobody needed it- it wasn't necessary to the beans' future, so it was eradicated. In fact, it was banned to eat any other food or drink. But who would want to anyway?

All of this was ruled over by their beloved leader: Branston- a godly creature made entirely from beans, the size of a house, who instructed its people using the same whispers that Lena heard when she helped Millicent. He was worshipped and praised by all, and any who rejected him as leader were forcefully sought out and suffocated in his own bean juices. He was feared and respected: God on Earth. Any previous leaders had stepped down from their position in honour of him and celebrities were a thing of the past. News was delivered directly to Leah, Branston's most trusted and devoted emissary, who would deliver it to the public.

Other religions no longer existed, as God had been proven to exist. Everyone congregated twice per day to pay respects to Branston and show their love and devotion to him. It brought the world together in joy and happiness. They had achieved World Peace.

Yes, this was the future that all would want soon enough. Lena would stop at nothing for this to be the world she lives in. 

Her vision concluded with instructions, directly from Branston himself. Instructions on how to help achieve his vision.

And it began with His Awakening.
