The next day, i was back at home grabbing the last of my things to move in to the apartment. I grabbed my backpack and walked to the door. Taking another look around my house. I smiled and began walking back to the apartment.
As i turned onto mainstreet, i passed a restaurant. I looked into the window and saw a girl staring at me. She was sitting at one of the tables with 2 other girls. She was wearing black leggings and a cropped t-shirt. Her hair was a mass of dark brown tight curls.
"Where have i seen her before...?" I thought.
Then all the memories came back, the night at the diner....when she walked in and jah got nervous...what ski said..."shes not worth it vro".....
She had something to do with Jah, and she looked like she knew i did too.
I broke her gaze and quickly walked away. As i was walking away i heard the diner's door open. Please don't be... I looked behind me and sure enough, the girl was walking out. She turned her head to look at me, i quickly looked the other way and kept walking. A few seconds later, i looked back. She was looking for something in her car. I turned the other way and kept walking, never looking back.
When i reached the apartment building, i quickly climbed the stairs up to our apartment. I walked in and Jah and Ski looked over at me from the TV.
"Why do you look so scared?" Jah asked.
I walked over to the couch and sat down next to them. They paused the TV and looked at me.
"I...I saw that girl...." I said.
"What girl???" Ski asked.
"The one from the night at the diner...."
Jah looked over at Ski. They both looked concerned.
"The one with curly hair...?" Ski asked.
"Yeah....." i said nervously.
"Geneva.." Jah whispered.
"That's her name? Geneva?" i asked.
"Yeah..she's Jah's ex girlfriend, horrible person." Ski said, his voice sounded angry and sad.
"Why..? What happened?" i asked.
"We can't talk about that right now." Jah said coldly.
There was a minute of slience
"Did she do anything to you?" Ski asked.
"No she just kinda stared at me from inside a restaurant." i said. "Then she walked out to her car and started looking for something."
"I wonder what that bitch is up to now." Ski said, sounding angrier than before.
"Well if she ever tries to do anything to you, make sure you tell us. Okay?" Jah said, looking over at me.
"I will, thank you." i said hugging them.
We turned the TV back on and watched movies until sunrise.
