3rd Person POV

He remembered Josh's smile, his angelic voice, his brown hair, his blue ocean eyes. Jaden stopped and dropped the blade. Why did he think of Josh, he thought to himself, Jaden cleaned himself up and got out of the shower. He put on some sweatpants and a hoodie, he picked up his phone to see text message from an unknown number

Text from unknown number

unknown num: Hey
It's Josh, Anthony gave me your number.
I just wanted to know if your okay?

Jaden: Hi
Oh um yeah, I'm fine I just remembered something so I had to go home.

Josh: Okay see you in school

Jaden: You too

Jaden looked at the time 8:55 pm, he decided to go make some food as he didnt eat or drink anything all day except for the tea Josh made him. He went down stairs slowly as he saw his dad passed out on the couch he put some cereal in a bowl with milk and ate. As soon as he finished he went to his room, layed on his bed and drifted of to asleep.

Jaden woke up to the sound of his alarm, it was 7:30 am he got into the bathroom, brushed his teeth and changed. He went down stairs as he saw his dad still sleeping on the couch with a bottle of beer in his hand. He looked at his mom as she was grabbing her keys to go to work. "Bye honey, dont be late to school" his mom said as she pecked him a kiss on his cheek "Bye mom" Jaden replied, he didn't bother getting breakfast so he just took his keys and got into his car. As he was driving he thought about Josh, he felt himself smile. "I think I like Josh wait maybe I love him, what no he's straight he'll never feel that way about me." Jaden quickly stopped his thoughts as he parked his car, got out and walked to school.

"Hey Jaden" Hi Ant" Anthony noticed that Jaden had more cuts and bruises than yesterday but didnt question him as he knew why. Jaden met up with the rest of they boys and they talked for a while before heading to class. As Jaden was walking he got pushed back into a locker, hitting his head and immediately feeling intense pain. "What's up little fag, did daddy hit you hard enough yesterday." Mattia knew that Jaden's dad abuses him. "Mattia I-" Jaden spoke as he got cut off by someone.

"Leave him the fuck alone Mattia or you'll regret it." Josh commanded as he was fuming with rage. Jaden could see the anger in Mattia's eyes as he took a step back. "Whatever, you better watch out Hossler" Mattia condemned as he walked away. "You okay Jaden? did he hurt you?" "No no he didn't I'm fine." Josh nodded as he started walking away. "Thank you Josh" Jaden addressed "You don't have to thank me Jaden I did what I had to do" confined Josh as he turned back and walked away again. Jaden smiled and continued walking to his class

Time skip to lunch time.

Jaden walked out of his class as he relieved it was finally lunch time. He headed to the lunch table and took a seat next to Josh. He could see Josh smile from the corner of his eyes and he could feel himself blush a little. All the boys met up, sat at the table and started talking. "Ayy so how bout ya'll come over to my house today we could get a little tipsy and do some fun things." Griffen inquired letting out a smirk. All the boys agreed including Jaden as he didn't want to go home. The bell rang and they all headed to class. Jaden could see Mattia coming up to as he got ready to be pushed into the locker again, but Jaden looked confused as he saw Mattia take step back. Jaden turned around to see Josh behing. Josh winked at him as he entered his class.

Time skip to Griffin's house

Griffin poured all the boys a shot of Hennessy and they all chuged it down "Yo guys let's play truth or dare" tayler challenged, "Yeah but if you dont want to answer the truth or do a dare you take a shot." Bryce added. They all agreed and sat in a circle. Okay who'll go first Kio asked. "Me" Bryce replied
Bryce spinned the bottle and it landed on Josh. "Truth or dare" Bryce quizzed "Truth" Josh answered. "Okay well do you have a crush on anyone here" "Yeah I do" Jaden felt his heart sink in. "Could it be me, wait no why would he like someone fucked up like me, he probably likes Tayler or Payton." Jaden mind fill with thoughts but he quickly stopped them. They game continued for the next 10 minutes until it landed on Jaden. Bryce and Tayler were pretty drunk as they skipped alot of truths. "So Jaden truth or dare" Anthony asked "Uhh dare"

Jaden replied. Anthony knew Jaden liked Josh even thought he didn't tell him. "Okay I dare you to do seven minutes in heaven with Josh." Anthony said as Jaden looked at him with wide eyes and then turned to look at Josh. "A dare is a dare" Josh said getting up. Jaden felt nervous but also happy. He liked Josh alot but he knew Josh would never like him back. Josh felt a wave of excitement this could be his chance to tell Jaden he liked him even though if Jaden didnt like him back he just had to let Jaden know.

They both walked in to a closet as Anthony started a timer "Aight have fun" Bryce chuckled. The two boys just stood there looking at each other in silence until Josh spoke.

Again sorry bout the cliffhanger I just wanted the seven minutes in heaven to be in a separate chapter
