~Jeno~

A knock sounded on my door, making me groan and turn to the other side. Again, the knocks continued until I was forced to get out of bed to put a stop to the dreadful sound. I was definitely not in the mood to be woken up, especially since Johnny kept most of us awake past two in the morning.

I opened the door, a droopy and grumpy expression on my face while I was greeted with the smiling Doyoung and Chenle. Once the two saw my disinterest, their faces fell.

"Why are all the alphas so moody today?" Chenle pouted, looking up to Doyoung.

I grumbled, and dragged myself back to bed. Unfortunately the two decided to join me.

Doyoung poked my cheek, trying to get my attention. If he wasn't my precious hyung, I would've thrown him out the window already. Cracking an eye open, I sent a glare to the elder, signaling I was very upset about being woken up. "What?" I muttered, voice still hoarse.

Doyoung furrowed his brows. "What's with the attitude?" He questioned, carefully placing a hand on my head. I noticed how Chenle leaned forward, also curious of my answer.

I slowly blinked, taking in the light that radiated from the two. "Ask Johnny." I said, leaning into Doyoung's touch, hoping I could catch a gust of sleepiness.

"But Johnny's still asleep." Chenle told. "It's almost 12pm, but half the pack is still in bed."

Doyoung nodded. "That's why we're here, to wake you up. Taeil was forced to cook since Jaehyun and Kun aren't awake yet." He added.

I frowned, opening my eyes again. "Why can't you guys wake anyone else up? What about Injun?" I asked, trying another attempt to get the two to leave.

Chenle's eyes lit up, and he hopped off my bed. "I'll go get him!" He said cheerfully, but before he walked away Doyoung grabbed the younger's wrist. Chenle turned in confusion, but the elder furiously shook his head.

"Chenle, I'm not sure how to put this lightly, but I think I'd rather fall into a pit of snakes than wake up Huang Renjun." Doyoung said, eyes full of seriousness. This made Chenle go stiff and sit back down.

After a few more minutes of meaningless chitchat and convincing, I was finally able to stand with the help of Chenle, and the three of us headed downstairs.

Just like the two had said, not everyone was awake. By this time everyone would be doing their own thing or hanging out. For the first time, I saw Donghyuck without Mark!

I sat in the kitchen, and joined everyone in watching Taeil attempt to make lunch for all twenty of us. It was truly a sad sight.

"Good morning everyone." We heard Johnny say as he walked into the kitchen.

However, another person also made their way inside at the same moment, causing the leader to go silent. It was Jaehyun.

Their tension was obvious, the two not uttering a single word to each other. Jaehyun shot Johnny a glare, but the latter didn't even bother to look in his direction. It was really awkward for those who didn't know of the situation. Chenle sent me a look, but I avoided his gaze by burying my head in my arms.

With the silent treatment Johnny was giving him, Jaehyun huffed. "Everyone," The latter started. "I have an announcement."

This made Johnny's eyes widen, and his head snapped to the younger. Before Johnny could stop him, Jaehyun continued to speak.
