~Jeno~
(...2 years ago...)"Get back here! Where the hell do you think you're going Nana!" I shouted.
Jumping to the side to avoid a collision with Doyoung, I continued to chase Jaemin through the mansion. All the younger did was laugh at my words before bursting through the kitchen door.
"Hey! Watch where you're going!" Yuta exclaimed, pulling Sicheng closer to him before Jaemin and I could run into him.
Quickly glancing back, I gave a fast bow with my head before following Jaemin out to the backyard.
It was a cloudless, sunny summer day. All the flowers on the forest trees were a fresh color of green and pink, scattering their leaves like some fairy tale. There was a calm breeze that contrasted the hot weather, but none of us cared, especially not Mark who was cooling himself off with a bite of watermelon.
Picking up my pace, I caught up with Jaemin, grabbing onto his waist and tackling him to the ground. Even though we were terrifying werewolves, we acted more like small puppies when we were together.
Jaemin let out a yelp as I dragged him to the floor next to me. We rolled around until I found myself under the younger, his arms beside my head as if trapping me. We stared at each other, time seemingly becoming nonexistent until we broke into a fit of uncontrollable laughter. Jaemin lowered his head, brushing his nose against mine with a bright smile before rolling off.
The younger laid down on the grass, shutting his eyes and enjoying the serenity of the backyard. I sat up, and stared at Jaemin without saying a word, feeling relaxed at the calm energy he emitted.
Suddenly, I heard the back door from the kitchen open, revealing Jieun. The younger visibly cringed at the sight of my mate and I, but I was already used to it. It's not a real sibling if they don't make fun of everything you do.
"Jesus, Jeno," She teased. "Make sure not to eat him alive you weirdo."
I shot my sister a glare for ruining our moment, and for saying it loud enough for the rest of 'The House' to hear. Her words even made Jaemin open his eyes with a playful smirk. I felt heat creep up the back of my neck, and avoided my gaze from the latter which made him swing his arm around me with a giggle.
Jieun shook her head, a small smile also playing on her lips. "Sorry to break the sweetness, but can one of you help me? I made lemonade for everyone." She said.
I groaned, throwing myself back onto the grass. "No!" I shouted, hugging Jaemin closer.
Jieun narrowed her eyes, rubbing her temples. "All I ask is for a little bit of help, but all you gays care about is suckin' dick!" She retorted with a heavy sigh.
I shot up. "What'd you say?!" I yelled.
Jaemin laughed from beside me, and stood up. Giving me a pat on the head, the younger made his way over to my sister. "Don't get your panties in a twist, I'll help." He replied, flicking Jieun's forehead. The latter flinched at the action while I cackled. With a pout, Jieun shouted. "Taeil-oppa! Nomin's bullying me again!"
I shook my head as I watched Jieun flip me off before shutting the door behind her. I was left alone outside with nothing but the simple breeze as background music.
Inside 'The House', Jieun sized Jaemin before going to get her large tray full of tall glasses of lemonade. She had made the fresh drinks since it was such a hot day, and she had nothing better to do. Usually the younger would be out in the city with her friends, but today they weren't around according to her.
