This is a bad drawing but I feel compelled to share it. I was chilling on the wiki, as you do, when I found out that Sam's soul is over 200 years old. So, instead of going the dramatic route the show took with this, I went my own way and decided he is now an Old Soul. He is rocking a zigzag blue cardigan and pale yellow polo shirt with khakis and a cane (his legs work perfectly, it's just for the Aesthetic), with finishing touches of Those Glasses Every Grandpa Has That Haven't Been Cool Ever and a grocery bag of war documentaries and pet food. So he is a guy in his late 20's that acts like he's in his mid 60's. After drawing this, though, I realized this was a little too true. Sam has always spiritually been a grandpa that served in the Vietnam war. The quality of his disapproving glare is only rivalled by my kind of judgemental grandma.

My hands were quaking while drawing this deadass. I couldn't tell whether it was the raw emotion, anticipation, or low blood sugar. These boys deserve EVERYTHING. All three of them. They've goofed up a lot but are just really good people with a lot of shit in their heads and they're all my babies so I want to nurture them. If Sam and Dean's real dad was shit and their surrogate dad is gone who is going to take care of them? Me. I will. I will materialize into their timeline and be their parent.
ANYWAY I know it's almost summer but I needed to draw them in personalized homemade sweaters. Castiel's is blue and black and zig-zaggy, Dean's is dark grey and has a beer bottle, and Sam's is red and has a moose because I had to. They should get homemade sweaters, okay? Why? Because I said so.
